Everyone was about 200+ higher than his quote was for my home. He had a VERY competitve price, which made me weary but his reviews online were flawless, so I chose to hire him and this was a very wise decision. Mr. Bowdish arrived about 10-15 minutes before our arranged time and was ready to go upon my arrival. He spent about six (6) hours in my newly purchased home scouring it with a fine-toothed comb to find any and everything that could be wrong to let me know. He was VERY informative, very professional, and wanted to have me included in the inspection process so I was aware of anything found and everything that was in good order. For example, a design feature of the house present in all houses in the neighborhood is presented as a structural issue that needed investigated and, therefore, a reason to hire a structural engineer. An old timer, no longer in use, which is not connected to anything, was presented as an issue. If you are not familiar with anything about houses, Wes Brendsel will scare you away from buying a perfectly good house.

This is clearly not true, the first inspection company I called other than these quacks said they highly encourage the buyer being there and that the buyer is present for the entirety of the inspection for at least 75% of their inspections. Go with another company that has more honest business practices, remember that being present during the inspection is a right you can insist on.
