We got referrals for two other soft wash services that our neighbors used in the Newark area and we are SO glad we ended up going with Crabbys! They were a bit more expensive than the other quotes we got, but you get what you pay for, and the quality of the customer service and cleaning services was unmatched and totally worth it. I agree with the other reviewers note that this company and the owner Josh is very detail oriented. They covered our outdoor security cameras and were great with follow up and communication from initial referral call, to end of the job and all in between. This was especially appreciated when they had to reschedule our service due to lightning and thunder outside. I didn't even have to contact them for a reschedule and they were very proactive in all my communications with them. Also, you do not have to be home when they do your service. :) We had our house and attached garage and windows cleaned. Very friendly, good people as well!

We have recently used Chris Bailey of Syscheck to inspect homes for us and he has done an excellent job. He is courteous, prompt, professional, thorough, and conscientious. His reports are well organized, super easy to read and contain clear color photos alongside every item that he notes. He clearly designates what's urgent or a safety issue first and even circles the exact item of concern in the photos so there's no guessing what the issue is when you're looking at them. When we couldn't be there in person he even took the extra time to call us from the site before leaving so we'd have an opportunity to ask questions about any of our concerns while he was still on site. Now that's customer service above & beyond! His years of construction knowledge showed but he didn't talk over us with lots of jargon and he patiently made everything easy to understand. He's a straight shooter and we'd recommend him for any inspection needs you have. As we'll probably move again in just a few years we'll be sure to call him for a pre-selling home inspection so we can nip any trouble spots in the bud so our home sale will go smoothly. Try this guy and you won't be disappointed. It's hard to find someone with such a great work ethic and a pleasant & thoughtful demeanor. He gets an A++ in our book!
