Wayne tried to sell me some fabricated story about me (the buyer of the home) not being allowed to be present during the inspection because it's a "liability" after not getting back to me about this question for two business days. This is clearly not true, the first inspection company I called other than these quacks said they highly encourage the buyer being there and that the buyer is present for the entirety of the inspection for at least 75% of their inspections. Go with another company that has more honest business practices, remember that being present during the inspection is a right you can insist on. read more
