There were a couple of scheduling issues and a couple of installation issues as well. That said, Manuel (the manager in Abilene) called me as soon as he found out. He said he would make it right. He (and his helper, Julian) absolutely did! They worked around our schedule to come out to the ranch and fix the issues with the counters. Manuel was an absolute artist when it came to matching up the granite and finding the perfect colors of filler that resulted in a flawless job. These guys were courteous, friendly, professional, and KNEW THEIR CRAFT. That's hard to find these days. Oh yeah, they swept the floor and cleaned up before they left.

We hired Mina's to clean the apartment we lived in before my wife had out third child. Living with…read moretwo children and 9 months pregnant makes cleaning the entire house a bit challenging. Scheduling was easy and fast, however, the cleaning was just okay. The house was cleaned for the most part, appliances looked great and two of our three rooms were fantastic. The down-side was the floor was not mopped or cleaned at all, there were still some dried liquid (milk?) spots on multiple areas of the linoleum flooring. Also, the blinds in the master bedroom had not been touched and were still extremely dusty. I had called to ask about the standard of work and was assured that the cleaners must have missed something and would be back to take care of it. I accepted their offer, yet there were still signs like the dried milk that the floor was not actually cleaned, but instead was spot cleaned. I called once again, and the owner was more than willing to have them come clean again, which we refused since we'd have to be away from the house with our kids. He was nice enough to discount the price because we weren't satisfied, which is why this review is now a 3 star instead of a 2. Extremely nice company to work with, and based on reviews we were excited, but the clean we got was not up to the current rating. Hoping that it was just one of the cleaners having a bad day. We had to leave a lot of our belongings in the house (covered by sheets) so there was (admittedly) a lot to clean. The crew did a good job with the things they actually cleaned. But, they also missed entire rooms (and in one case, only wiped down the furniture and cleaned nothing else). When we asked them to go back and clean a closet they had missed, they did, but they also sent us a second bill. That seems ridiculous since the reality is that they did not fulfill their responsibilities in the first place. We paid close to $2000 for this job and did not get a fully cleaned house. So short story: the women working for Mina's did a good job for the most part, but they didn't clean as much as they were supposed to do. And, we also felt frustrated with frequent miscommunications with the company.
