We hired Mina's to clean the apartment we lived in before my wife had out third child. Living with two children and 9 months pregnant makes cleaning the entire house a bit challenging. Scheduling was easy and fast, however, the cleaning was just okay. The house was cleaned for the most part, appliances looked great and two of our three rooms were fantastic. The down-side was the floor was not mopped or cleaned at all, there were still some dried liquid (milk?) spots on multiple areas of the linoleum flooring. Also, the blinds in the master bedroom had not been touched and were still extremely dusty. I had called to ask about the standard of work and was assured that the cleaners must have missed something and would be back to take care of it. I accepted their offer, yet there were still signs like the dried milk that the floor was not actually cleaned, but instead was spot cleaned. I called once again, and the owner was more than willing to have them come clean again, which we refused since we'd have to be away from the house with our kids. He was nice enough to discount the price because we weren't satisfied, which is why this review is now a 3 star instead of a 2. Extremely nice company to work with, and based on reviews we were excited, but the clean we got was not up to the current rating. Hoping that it was just one of the cleaners having a bad day. We had to re-pipe our entire house, which meant extensive repairs and jackhammering, and we weren't given enough time to fully move out. We had to leave a lot of our belongings in the house (covered by sheets) so there was (admittedly) a lot to clean. The crew did a good job with the things they actually cleaned. But, they also missed entire rooms (and in one case, only wiped down the furniture and cleaned nothing else). When we asked them to go back and clean a closet they had missed, they did, but they also sent us a second bill. That seems ridiculous since the reality is that they did not fulfill their responsibilities in the first place. We paid close to $2000 for this job and did not get a fully cleaned house. So short story: the women working for Mina's did a good job for the most part, but they didn't clean as much as they were supposed to do. And, we also felt frustrated with frequent miscommunications with the company. read more

Requested a cleaning for apartment and price discussed over the phone was completely misleading. $35 an hour per perspm and I did not request 6 people and yet they sent 6. 3 people could have done the same thing in an hour but it was not an option. read more

If you want a dirty house and a headache, look no further. They never showed up to clean, but sent me a bill 39 days later anyway. I had long since left and my property manager hired another company to do the job Mina's clearly failed to do. These are just a few of the pictures he took to show me why it was necessary. I was really looking forward to not having to worry about the house cleaning as I was moving out. I scheduled a move out clean with Mina's Nice & Clean, because of the good reviews. When I talked on the phone I was told a move out clean consisted of the basics of sweeping, mopping, bathrooms, countertops, etc., plus they would clean out the cabinets, inside of appliances, and move appliances out to clean behind them. They did just ok with the basic stuff. They did get the baseboards and fans, but they most definitely did not clean inside any of the appliances or move them out to clean behind them. Also, the company charges by the hour. They sent three people to clean. They rounded up their time on both ends. They put arrival time as 8:00, but arrived at 8:15. Also stated they were here until 11:00, but actually left well before that as well. I wouldn't mind an extra 15 minutes if it was just one person, or only rounded up on one side. When you multiply it by three people and they round up both ends, I have an issue with that, for $30 a person per hour. It asks if you would like to leave a tip when you pay online. I would NOT! They already gave themselves a tip rounding up and they didn't do everything that they were supposed to. I really wanted this to be one less stress, but now I'm cleaning all the stuff that wasn't cleaned and I don't really have time for that trying to take care of everything else that comes with a move. Mina's crew just let. They did an amazing job. I had scheduled with another company but on the date of service I called to confirm and they had me on the calendar but didnt know my name, phone number or address. I called Mina's in a panic and talked to William. He was able to schedule me for the next day. Talk about fast service. The crew showed up ready to get the job done. I had some very specific requests and not a lot of time to get it done. They were great at staying focused on what I requested without exceeding them time allotted. They went above and beyond taking care of details I didnt even think to ask them to do. I really appreciate their hard work, friendly personalities and expert skills. Outstanding service, if I could give it 10 stars I would! They were on time (which believe me is unusual around here!), very courteous, but personable also. I got the full cleaning service and was amazed at the result! I'm not sure what I expected, but the finished product was wonderful! They cleaned the ceiling fans, and dusted the picture frames and even the fake plants! And they did it all extremely well. Now that the house is clean they offer a bi-weekly or monthly maintenance cleaning which I've already signed up for. These people are the best! read more

I requested a deep, top to bottom cleaning after having a bathroom remodeled which caused fine dust throughout our house to accumulate. The ladies who cleaned the kitchen did a satisfactory job. Who ever did the rest of the house was not done satisfactorily. The floor boards were poorly done and some not done at all. Dusting in the living room was not done well. The shelves were dusted only to what was visible to the eyes and not behind statues, pictures etc. Also the window shudders and top of the dining room hutch were not cleaned properly. The crew finished in less than 2 hours. For a $300 job, I was not satisfied and will not use or recommend their services again. read more

This company deserves a 6 STAR rating. William Harris is a pleasure to work with. He and his crew cleaned my father's home, floor to ceiling, including cleaning the oven, bathrooms, and scrubbing kitchen walls. William also offered to have a colleague give me an estimate to paint the entire house. The two of them were at the house the very next day. The painting contractor did a good job at a great price.
