I was bored at home yesterday and started thinking about when we lived in Phoenix and would get coupons in the mail from these people. Well, I didn't have a coupon on hand, but I had time to kill. So, I made my way over to that side of town. I walked in and was impressed with the amount of stuff they had, but not so much with their prices. Everything seemed way overpriced (or maybe I just shop at Ross too much). I was able to find a bunch of Yankee Candle Company items on clearance and left $32 poorer. Then, I got home and noticed the mail my husband had gone to check from the day before. There sitting on top of the pile--somehow I missed it completely--was a $5 off coupon for Bed Bath and Beyond. There were a couple of scheduling issues and a couple of installation issues as well. That said, Manuel (the manager in Abilene) called me as soon as he found out. He said he would make it right. He (and his helper, Julian) absolutely did! They worked around our schedule to come out to the ranch and fix the issues with the counters. Manuel was an absolute artist when it came to matching up the granite and finding the perfect colors of filler that resulted in a flawless job. These guys were courteous, friendly, professional, and KNEW THEIR CRAFT. That's hard to find these days. Oh yeah, they swept the floor and cleaned up before they left.

Also maybe they need to tell their customers before they use the flea treatment how much it will be instead of just saying it will be extra but then not mentioning how much.
