Jessica (the previous owner) was absolutely wonderful in helping us select all of our cabinet hardware and lighting needs, and always followed up as necessary. Now, however, it is [apparently] under new "management", and it seems they are closed more than they are open. I have a failure and warranty issue with a couple of light fixtures, which I brought to their attention over a month ago. The issue has yet to be resolved, and I can never seem to reach anyone at the store, either by phone or in person. When I go by the store, it seems it is always closed, even during their "regular" business hours. When I call, it's an answering machine (or voice mail). What a terrible way to run a business. Really poor service, at least "after the sale"...

That said, the draft beer (Coors Light) was good and cold and promptly served. Only improvement would have been regular Coors on tap. Clientele seems to be older regulars (I'm not complaining, just remarking). There's an area out back which might be smoking okay? Not sure Oddity: A purple wig rests on a trophy for winning some kind of snake dish. And there's a jewelry display case. (I don't know why.)

Absolute crooks....no form of transparency whatsoever and front desk customer service has no idea…read morewhat the status of any vehicle is at any given time. was told there would be a $100 deposit for the circumstance of an owner not coming back for their vehicle which makes sense....Was told by mechanic vehicle diagnoses would be finished by a certain date and if not call back that date and will have the results by end of day,...took 4 ADDITIONAL business days to even get a call back from the shop just to advise they had opened the oil gasket tank and found nothing out of the ordinary....Was told by the mechanic TODAY that there would be no charges to what they looked at and we would get our $100 deposit back..Showed up today to pick up vehicle and they advised my $100 deposit was used towards the work already done to the car.... when we have been calling them for 7 STRAIGHT DAYS since we dropped the vehicle off to find out the only answer we ever got from them was that they looked at $100 worth of work and nothing was wrong....will never recommend these absolute crooks.

When AEP turned electricity back on sparks flew. Could've caught fire. Big time. And, it was after 9:00 at night. So, dark and cold. Second time, I have no lights in kitchen, no microwave or toaster. The whole wall on inside has no electricity. That includes my fridge, my living room lights, and two of the three plugs in living room. I lost over $400+ worth of food. Apt mgr called them several times, but they never answered. It was around 4:15 in afternoon, on Fri. It's Sat, still no word about them coming to fix. Still no fridge or lights in kitchen. Lots of extension cords in living room. Wow. Now it's Sunday. Still no fridge, lights, microwave, toaster, etc... Ok. Monday. Still no L&M. Ok. 10:18a.m. I have everything back on by 10:42 a.m. But wait!! Even though it is their incompetence or just pure laziness, I get nothing back to replace what I lost. Because I didn't take pictures. Sorry. Food was bad. A bit smelly. I trashed it. I guess they can go dumpster diving if they want. But they won't. I am going to post this on FB. In so many rooms and chats. And make sure anyone that asks me knows how they are. I work in hardware and give recommendations for nobies and diy folk and contractors.
