Second time here. Always something broken or out of order in the spa and maybe they tell you before…read morethe reservation and maybe they tell you when you show up. This time " jacuzzi women's and jacuzzi mens both non functioning. Check weather outside as jacuzzi and pool will close if thunder. Finally, no one really monitoring the spa are so if a large loud group comes through and leaves a huge mess of drinks and food and trash. You might be the one to deal with it (eg no where to put your things, too many dirty drink glasses on vanity no where to sit or find a quiet spot. Not really a "Spa" feel as a result. O heads up if you are looking for quiet and relaxing. This is not it. If you want big family reunion bridal, or mom's weekend away. This might be your spot.

So it took me a month to wrap my mind around writing this review. The people at the spa are…read moreextremely friendly and helpful with products and activities, they deserve a five.I took my daughter for her first message and spa experience since she's finally over 18 years old.The spa is spacious and pretty clean nothing breathtaking or spectacular.I usually don't say how much money I spend but I will in this, I spent over a thousand dollars. I was not offered water, tea,or coffee like other high end spa's offer actually almost every spa! On that note I'll finish this topic with saying I saw another customer given a glass of champagne, that would have been nice.My daughter enjoyed her swedish spa treatment. I had the longest message they offer the girl was extremely nice but I didn't enjoy her sticking her fingers in my ears or squeezing my lymph glands under my armpits! I actually told her how much it hurt and she did it again! To top this unusual treatment I have very curly hair and she kept going through my hair as If I had straight hair.If you have curly hair you know how painful this is.I ended up in pain for weeks from my underarms I had to go to the doctors twice! My word of advice is tell them straight out don't squeeze under your arm, don't stick fingers in your ears and just leave your hair and I would say scalp alone. I did enjoy the products I purchased.

RIP my spine forever...my posture is terrible, I don't stretch, I have anxiety that manifests…read morephysically in my neck and shoulders, and am truly a massage therapist's DELIGHT! Lucky for me, Katie at the Mirror Lake Inn spa grabbed her hot stones and got to WORK. The 80 minute massage I experienced was truly next level relaxation. I made the appointment for a Friday one week before, and was so excited to get in. The spa itself is gorgeous, though a huge bummer that the sauna and locker room aren't accessible at this time due to COVID. I took a walk through and had envy for everyone who got to enjoy that level of LAVISH. Still 5 stars even though I didn't get the full experience. Staff was fantastic and you can't beat the location. This is the biggest, splurgiest "treat yo self" I'll do all year, as an 80 minute hot stone massage ran me more than $200 with tip. She's not cheap but I will continue to rationalize this experience in my head as 100000% worth it. The need to not pay attention to anything but my back feeling better for an hour was a gift only $200 can buy. This business page is confusing and the photos are more indicative of the INN then the spa. I stayed at the next door high peaks resort and did a service here, and you do not have the stay at the inn to enjoy the spa. Happy relaxing and thank you to Katie and the team at the spa for such an awesome experience!

Disclaimer first - I did not experience the spa, just the Inn. The Inn is spectacular. We were…read morehere for two nights. The Inn looks out over Mirror Lake with spectacular views of the lake and Adirondacks. Our room was large, comfortable, and beautiful. The Inn amenities include small lake front beach, indoor (heated) swimming pool, and the largest hot tub I've ever seen in my life. There are three dining options - upscale restaurant, casual bar (they share the same 4 diamond restaurant kitchen) and a waterfront pub. We spent time at all threes spots. Food and drinks at all were perfect. A great place to stay for a romantic getaway.
