Upon entering the store we were immediately greeted and I asked if he was Brandon who was the salesperson I had spoken with on the phone several days ago. He replied that he was not but knew of our conversation and knew the shoes were on hold. (Little did I know then that he was the manager.) My grandson tried on the shoe that he thought was his size. Aaron, the manager, was helping us and I have not seen such great customer service for years. He wanted to be sure of my grandson's foot size so he pulled out the metal foot measuring guide and it turned out he needed a smaller size. He also explained that if the shoe is too large it will get 'creases'. He also measured the length once the shoe was on and also had him tap the top of his toes on the ground and checked the room at the back of the shoe. He was fitted with another size and it fit better. I would highly recommend this store. They offer a wide selection of shoes and clothing and the prices are less expensive than those in Greenville. As I mentioned earlier, Aaron offered the best customer service I've seen in years.
