I was so nervous when my 100 pound American Staffy, Harley, tore his ACL. He's a big boy with…read morelittle legs (lol) and a lot of personality, so the idea of surgery had me stressed out. But from the moment we walked into the office, I knew he was in the best hands. First of all, the place is clean (and doesn't smell like a typical vet office, which is a big win already). The entire team, from the receptionists to the vet techs, were kind, patient, and genuinely caring. I called a lot during the surgery (sorry, team ), and not once did anyone make me feel like I was a bother. They were always sweet and thoughtful, and took time to answer all my nervous questions. The doctor was amazing. He explained everything clearly, which helped me go from anxious to confident about the surgery. Harley's procedure went perfectly, and now we're on day five of recovery, his sutures look fantastic, the swelling has gone way down, and the bruising is almost gone too! Also worth mentioning, I had quotes from another vet that were almost double the cost. This team was honest, transparent, and incredibly fair. If you're looking for a vet who treats your fur baby like family (and also doesn't judge when your "baby" weighs 100 pounds and still tries to sit on your lap), this is the place. I can't thank them enough. 10/10 recommend, Harley gives it two paws up (when he's allowed to use both again

I've never been to this vet which makes this even more special with how they took care of me and my Reptar . I had scheduled a euthanasia and private cremation for my sweet senior boy who had cancer and wasn't going to make it through but he actually passed away at home with me the day of the appt . I just want to personally thank the kind staff who helped me carry my sweet boy from my car and was saying sorry the whole time :( I felt your sincerity truly and thank you . It takes about 2 weeks to receive the ashes back , I got them back in 11 days , I'm so happy to have him back home :( the staff were so patient answering my calls and questions , they let me see my sweet boy one more time before being sent off to cremation which they don't usually do but I didn't even get to say goodbye to him with how quick everything happened so they let me which I'm eternally grateful for to have that last bit of time with him :( I left pictures to be cremated with him and they set up all his pictures when I walked in to say my goodbyes and omg I criedddd ! So beyond thoughtful !!! Thank you all for your genuine kindness during this hell time for me . I can't tell you how much it was helpful while my was/is heart shattering . Thank you so much !!! Rest in love to my sweet sweet boy Reptar and thank you for 12 years of solid loyalty and love !! Momma will see you on the other side !!!!

I usually don't leave reviews (unless my experience at a place was well enough to leave one) but I…read morethought this emergency vet clinic deserved one. Around 8pm on march 21st my cat started having trouble breathing and she started convulsing. She wasn't breathing until my brother would shake her to start breathing again. We rushed her to this emergency clinic but she sadly passed away in my brothers arms in the car just two minutes from the clinic. The team was fantastic. One of the members there who took my cat to the back let us stay there for as long as I needed and didn't judge me for crying loudly. My mother paid $600 in total for my beloved cat to be cremated and to have a clay print of her paws which in my opinion is a great price. About a week(ish) later we got to pick up her ashes and the clay print we were promised and I believe the team went above and beyond. I received a card with the team's signatures and a certificate of cremation.

Everyone to help were female and extremely compassionate and competent. The vet techs were friendly and knowledgeable and my cats have always been treated very well. They treated our Titi so well when he held to be held over the weekend, and allowed us calls and checkups to see how he was doing. They were all so sweet and let us know how much they loved him. I recently had to put a stray I had been caring for down and they were so kind and patient and even recognized my mom as Titis owner. It felt like they really cared. They explained everything and got him cleaned up so that he could have a dignified farewell. We got his clay paws and they gave us two cards for both my boyfriend and I (we didn't know they'd do this and it was such a thoughtful thing to do) with an ink print of his little snout on it along with some signatures. My only negative experiences have been with the purple haired girl there. She is usually sitting at the desk. The way she speaks to pet parents there is appalling. I've watched her flat out ignore customers if they are not standing exactly where she wants them in line, cut people off, and just be extremely rude as well as not relaying necessary information until prompted. I understand needing to be firm and calm in stressful situations, but the other workers there can do it without belittling and making just nasty and unnecessary comments. She was being so unpleasant to the people in the waiting room regardless of what they were there for. I couldn't believe her lack of decency and talent for escalating calm and respectful situations to anger and irritation.
