    When my car was new
    Sally T.

This was my beautiful new car that was bought outright for me from Adi Autosport in April 2023. Shortly afterward I began feeling like I was being stalked and targeted because of my car. Meanwhile Adi Autosport hasn't produced the title and only provided me with one dongle, no key blade. I figured I would get another key after I got plates and had valid proof of ownership. However my car got stolen on July 3, 2023. I got it back, no help from law enforcement, on July 5th and the car was trashed and missing the only key I had for it. I had the car towed to a bmw dealership and begged for a key with only copies of the original paperwork from the dealership. They ordered a key for me and it sat at their location for a week. They refused to disable the other, missing key dongles and after having the car back for less than a month the new key no longer works and the car is sitting at the last location it recognized the key. When the car was recovered the dash and cowl panel were taken apart, I'm guessing to retrieve the tracking device the dealership left in it. The title hasn't been produced because either the car is stolen or salvage. Don't do business with Adi Autosport!!!! They are beyond unethical in their business dealings.

Had a great experience working with Rob and Arielle at ADI. Rob was incredibly helpful, straightforward, prompt, and honest over the phone and text, and helped to arrange shipping to LA at a very reasonable rate. I'd been looking for a good example of this specific car for a while, and it felt great to work with a fellow enthusiast to get it all wrapped up. Would not hesitate to work with them on another car in the future.

ADR Autosport is running a scam on the public. I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. So I decided to schedule a third party pre-purchase inspection on the car before buying it. They refused to give me the opportunity to inspect the car. They also raised the price of the car to discourage me from inspecting the car. So decided cannot do business with them but this is not the end of the story. Because I'm in the process of buying a car from another dealership. They are purposely running my credit every other day without my consent to bring down my credit score. I have all the proof of that being done to my credit. I have a Credit Karma account so they basically notify me every time my credit is ran. They are trying to destroy my credit because I refuse to do business with them. I am going to notify the authorities regarding the situation. This is Highly illegal!! My advice the public is please stay away from ADI Autosport dealership in Aurora. They are a bunch of Thieves and Crooks!! This car dealership business should be shut down.

My wife and I were looking for Suburban to cater to our 3 growing boys and Phil drove us to a lot where we could check some out. We didn't find some that day but Phil took it upon himself to go back to the lot later that week as their were more cars that were being shipped in. Based off the feedback he got from us he was able to select a Suburban that was absolutely perfect for our family at a very fair price. Overall Phil was fantastic and my wife couldn't be more happier ( happy wife-happy life ). I look forward to doing business with Phil again in the near future! Joey Flores

The vehicle I went to see did meet my needs and the low mileage and like new condition exceeded my expectations. Gretchen was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and focused on what I wanted not only from a vehicle but from the service they strive to deliver. The transaction was simple, thorough and efficient, and their attention to detail and prep of the vehicle for delivery was very complete. Looked like a brand new car. I highly recommend Gretchen and Automotive Search and will use them in the future.

I brought my 2011 G37X in simply to get a quote on replacing my hood latch since it wouldn't open. I just had my oil changed 5 days prior and there were no serious mechanical issues and I made that crystal clear to them. I worked with Clark and he is a total con artist along with the rest of the crew up to the supervisor. He ended quoting me $900 to replace the hood latch and I politely declined. He then said let me go talk to my manager and see what we can do. He calls me back hours later and says they'll do the hood latch for $600 but now they spotted a catastrophic anti-freeze leak and would repair it for $300, bringing my total back up to $900. Again , I declined because I knew I didn't have a radiator leak from my car inspection from the oil change just a few days ago. I told Clark there should be no leak and he said there absolutely is one. I knew they were full of it. I picked up my car the next day and low and behold, after 5 minutes of driving my car off the lot, it breaks down in 5 minutes while I'm driving 70MPH on I225 and had to pull over. I've owned this car for 10 years and it has never broken down on me once. I talked to both Clark and his supervisor and both denied any wrong doing and said it was my fault for not having the part repaired. These people absolutely sabotaged my car because I didn't wanna get ripped off and then let me drive off the lot knowing my car would break down and hoping I would have to spend lord knows what to get it fixed. I was finally able to get them to repair it for almost no charge because I threatened litigation on them. I knew they were in the wrong 100% I would highly stay away from these people, they need to be investigated for their shady ways. They also gave me an invoice saying it had the tow bill and it was an invoice for doing the work on my car which they said they wouldn't charge me for. I might take further action against these people but we'll see. Totally unacceptable and heinous.

Brown to see what they could do and when I got there no one was at the reception desk (I did not make an appointment or anything) and a guy named Macy Marsh saw that I was in need and came out to see how he could help. Mind you I had no appointment, I just dropped in. So I told him what I was looking for in a jeep and he said to give him a little while and he would see what he could do. That same night he texted saying not only did he find one but that it had all the extras too and if I would be interested. I sure was. And to make a long story short he was able to get me the jeep of my dreams in about 48hrs of me coming in with no appointment. Macy and H.M. Brown really came through for me. Thanks again to all made it possible.

I handled the financing from home too--filled out a quick form online and heard back within hours with a rate lower than anything I'd found shopping around myself. Once we found the car I wanted (a 2024 Mazda in perfect condition), wrapping everything up was incredibly easy. No hidden fees like you get at other dealers. The only time I had to visit their location was to pick up my car and sign a couple papers. This was my first time buying from H M Brown, but now I'm a customer for life.

Unfortunately I had car trouble while on a road trip and needed repairs before I could continue on my trip. They kept my car for 4 days before even looking at it and then didn't communicate at all, leaving me in a hotel for almost a full week (for a work that was completed in one day). I had to call multiple times each day just to get to basic info. Also, my service provider left early for the day, without any update. If I hadn't been in a bind, I would have taken my car and left. Pretty much everything with buying a car from them was as if a grade schooler put it together with duct tape. The professionalism was lacking from a business that should be pretty straight forward as I couldn't have been their first customer, but it felt like it. Update - Multiple conversations...I think it should be accurate. Multiple voicemails and unanswered emails trying to get to the bottom of the error that LHM made but was unwilling to investigate even after I told you exactly what I thought (and was right) was the problem. Poor processing by the dealership. Problems are inevitable. It's how they're solved, and relationships repaired, that counts, and Tim does that! That being said, I worked with Tim the last time I was here, prior to my oil change yesterday, to co-create a long-term mutually beneficial, mutually trustworthy, mutually respectful solution, and I said I'd like to only work with Arron going forward, if at all possible, given Arron treats me with respect, he has exceptional communication, he's a mature man (both men are, and that's hard to find these days, men who respect women, such as myself), and Arron is also a former mechanic, so I like how he explains things to me, and problem solves with me. Yesterday, I dropped my Corolla off for an oil change, was 1-hour late to my appointment (due to a harassing male boomer neighbor, while working with Denver Police Department, since 2021, on this same issue), and was not aware of the new policy: no Lyft rides home (understandable) for mere oil changes, which had changed the past 6-months, unbeknownst to me. Even giving that disruptive surprise, Arron not only met, but perfectly exceeded my expectations yesterday! He made my life super easy, to finally delegate / outsource a task, with flawless communication and execution, including helping me anticipate and budget for my next repair. I couldn't be happier, or more positively impressed and grateful. Thanks, Arron and Tim! P.s. I also want to thank Tim, for not only mailing me a corrected oil change sticker & associated paperwork, to fix a prior issue, as well as for refunding me for an improper alignment, per Stevinson Toyota West. Ethics, FTW!

Communicative and quick-two things that I expect when I get my car serviced. I've brought my car here for the past year, twice. The first time the advisor was kind and professional. However, I was never notified of any recommend services or the results of the initial diagnostic scan. Instead, I was just told that my car was ready: This most recent time, I had got rear-ended and had 2 main issues that I wanted solved: for the beeping of my trunk to be turned off and for the airbag system malfunction notification to be taken care of. I dropped off my car after 5 and heard nothing the entire day after apart from the services I needed to approve. I texted the number that I was given to get in contact with my service advisor. I had messaged it several times and got no response. Turns out my advisor was out for the day and the messages only go to them. Which doesn't make sense to me. Shouldn't there be consistent communication regardless of if my service advisor is in for the day or not? I eventually was informed after calling, that my car was ready and that the advisor was finishing up the paperwork. I showed up and the paperwork was not finished. The beeping sound still existed in my car, but this was one of the two things I had asked to be fixed. It was not communicated to me that this did not happen. I have only experienced frustration with Stevinson Toyota East these past two times and will not get my car serviced here anymore. Would not recommend this Toyota.
