I'm happy with the car I bought overall, it was part of the hail sale so I expected there to be hail dents. I had asked specifically if it had any paint or plastic damage from the hail and they said no. There were multiple dents that had paint chips and there was damage to some of the plastic that I will need to repair. I also had to replace a tire right away because of sidewall damage (they did help with that cost). Working with them over the phone was easy and they made the process smooth. I made a stop there after sporting a c450 amg I really took an interest to, after setting up an apt, I went in to see how likely and smooth of a transaction it would be, my previous vehicles were Benz it is a passion and I am more than familiar with the brand. Long story short, the dealer who accommodated me and my partner suggested we get one of the cheapest cars on his lot, I felt beyond insulted. We walked off and we to another dealership and within 24 hrs we got approved for an even more expensive vehicle than the 450 amg In conclusion, if someone walks in your dealership wanting a Mercedes, please don't suggest to them a Kia. This was my beautiful new car that was bought outright for me from Adi Autosport in April 2023. Shortly afterward I began feeling like I was being stalked and targeted because of my car. Meanwhile Adi Autosport hasn't produced the title and only provided me with one dongle, no key blade. I figured I would get another key after I got plates and had valid proof of ownership. However my car got stolen on July 3, 2023. I got it back, no help from law enforcement, on July 5th and the car was trashed and missing the only key I had for it. I had the car towed to a bmw dealership and begged for a key with only copies of the original paperwork from the dealership. They ordered a key for me and it sat at their location for a week. They refused to disable the other, missing key dongles and after having the car back for less than a month the new key no longer works and the car is sitting at the last location it recognized the key. When the car was recovered the dash and cowl panel were taken apart, I'm guessing to retrieve the tracking device the dealership left in it. The title hasn't been produced because either the car is stolen or salvage. Don't do business with Adi Autosport!!!! They are beyond unethical in their business dealings. read more

I went up here last week trying to do a trade in as a down payment the sales man Levi told me my title was braided which was lie & tried to offer me 1500 as trade in value & tired to sell me 2 cars that are out of date & would have a hard time finding parts for them if something was to happen made me call the Wisconsin dmv where I got my car registered at just for them to tell me that my title is clean & clear of any records indicating my title was branded or salvaged never go this place again their all about a quick scheme make a sale type of place never going to this place ever again read more

We had very specific criteria for buying the car and he was able to honestly tell us when he didn't know something and then do the research to find out the answer and then send pictures with the proof of information that we needed. ADR Autosport is running a scam on the public. I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. So I decided to schedule a third party pre-purchase inspection on the car before buying it. They refused to give me the opportunity to inspect the car. They also raised the price of the car to discourage me from inspecting the car. So decided cannot do business with them but this is not the end of the story. Because I'm in the process of buying a car from another dealership. They are purposely running my credit every other day without my consent to bring down my credit score. I have all the proof of that being done to my credit. I have a Credit Karma account so they basically notify me every time my credit is ran. They are trying to destroy my credit because I refuse to do business with them. I am going to notify the authorities regarding the situation. This is Highly illegal!! My advice the public is please stay away from ADI Autosport dealership in Aurora. After being underwhelmed with a few other dealers in the metro area, a search on cars.com led me to Adi Autosport. I called to make sure the car was on the lot before heading over and when I got there, it was there! Sounds simple right? You'd be surprised how many dealerships I went to that "had" the car, but then it was suddenly missing when I got there. Rob at Adi was awesome - copied my license and let me and the guy take the car (Jeep) out for a spin. Financed me quickly, easily and with the best rate I'd gotten from any credit union. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE. My brother purchased a 2013 ML550 from ADI Autosport yesterday and is already having problems. This is a very shady practice with equally shady individuals working here. We were assured that this small "family owned and transparent" business inspected their vehicles before sale and any safety related issues were solved. Given my trust and respect for small business we moved forward with the transaction. Upon leaving the dealer, there was a large suspension noise that got worse and worse when driving home. We decided to take the vehicle in and they found two large oil leaks as well as some suspension issues. When we reached out to our sales advisor, she rudely stated something to the tune of the deal is over, you signed the as is agreement, and that's it. Now we're $2400 down, the day after purchasing the vehicle with two safety issues that were supposedly inspected. When I asked to the inspection sheet, she reported that they don't have one and that the owner is the only one who knows what was done to the vehicle, but he's conveniently out for an undisclosed amount of time. Yes, he signed the agreement and bought the vehicle as is, but this shows how low class of a dealer this place truly is--no sorry, or let's see how we can work this out, just cold, rude, and pathetic behavior from what I thought was a well established dealer. I came very close to purchasing a beautiful 2013 Audi S7 from Rob based on trading in my S4. The S7's a beautiful and desirable car and I was pumped. Put down a deposit to hold the vehicle prior to purchase and proceeded with inspection, etc. A few days later my trade-in gets rear-ended by a snow day hit and run. After a couple of weeks and insurance hassles the deal fell through. Rob agreed to refund my deposit based on the circumstances. Will definitely look to them again when I'm back in the market. read more
