We had a couple of guys out so quick I could hardly believe it and they had it dug up and replaced in a morning. They couldn't have been faster or more professional. I also have referred them to friends and neighbors for water heaters, tankless water heater, water softeners, and even water filtration units. They are fast. They are extremely fair with their prices, and are probably the most honest plumbing company in the state.

We have used Mission Plumbing in the past for several plumbing issues. But when they tripled their…read moreprices and we couldn't reach them with questions or concerns, we had to find someone else. We hired a company to come out and flush our tankless hot water tank. They told us that the water softener that Mission Plumbing installed was installed wrong. The input and the output hoses were installed wrong, and we whould not be getting any soft water at all. We were also told that the water softener was too small for the size of our homr (4800 SF), and that the beads that we were seeing on the floor when it was installed is coming from the water softener. So we had to have another company take out the old water softener and plumb it correctly. I would not recommend this company to do your plumbing. They are not worth the high price, the work is not good, and the value is questionable at best.

I highly recommend people avoid Mission Plumbing…read more After having a tankless water heater installed, I had to have a professional electrician correct some of the installation and another plumbing company correct the fact that clean out valves were not installed. (You are supposed to clean out the heat exchanger once a year so that is a problem. ). I tried to call Mission Plumbing many times to get these issues resolved and they did not answer the phone. However when I called using another phone, they did answer. Go figure. I was told they were driving and would call back in a couple minutes. No call came. All in all, I spent close to $2,000 getting an installation corrected that could have been done right the first time. And of course, it's highly disturbing that they won't answer the phone unless I call from a number with which they aren't familiar. Did they do that on purpose? I'm not a mind reader but you can make up your own mind, I'm sure.

Worst service ever! They were prompt to respond but left our yard looking like a bomb went off!…read more Our water main broke in December and they came and fixed. While they were trying to fix it their machine broke so they had to dig up our entire front yard. We understood they aren't landscapers but you'd think they'd have common sense. Less than 30 days later the water main broke again. They had installed it incorrectly and caused even more damage. This resulted in yet more damage to our yard. Then we went to turn on our sprinkler system and they forgot to hook that up to the water main when they fixed it the first time. Yup you guessed it. They had to rip up the yard a 3rd time. I understand this wasn't the plumber, he hired incompetent workers that couldn't do the job right and took 3 times to fix a problem with our yard getting worse and worse each time. The owner refuses to take any responsibility and is offering no solution. Because this happened outside of our house its not covered by insurance and has now cost us well over $10,000!! This is not a company I would recommend if you ever have any issues. Yes they will fix it but there is added costs each time that they refuse to even acknowledge.
