The flavor of the adobo was just like I remember, and while everyone makes their adobo a liiiiiittle different, I really loved the sweet, bold flavors that paired so good with the rice. We also ordered pork lumpia, and I kind of wish we got the beef just because we already had pork adobo, but it was still so good with the sweet chili sauce! To top off our experience (as if the wonderful hospitality wasn't enough,) Stephanie was kind enough to give us a sample of the skewers she was preparing for an event that was happening in town, which we weren't able to be around for just because we lived so far away.
