I'm never the person to leave bad reviews, however this was the absolute worst experience job searching I've ever had in my life. I had to take a week to get all my facts together and calm down but here it is. It started way back in December of 2023 when I applied for an election poll position I was told to fill some forms out online and when I was finished someone would call talking about next steps. I got a call fill some more forms out and the next steps were to wait until January to get instructions on the background and drug test. January 22 rolls around I go out to their office to do the cotton swab test and after received a paper stating on February the 20th I'd have to attend a training that would be around 4 hours and I would receive an email later on in the week to do a behavioral assessment . As you can guess January comes and goes I call they say don't worry they're sending them out and I'd be notified when they were sent. Another week same thing, another week same thing... Until I call again on February 19th comes and I call again, (something they should've done because they promised they would and it's their job!) and ask what's going on they said there sending codes out this week for the behavioral assessment and the training would be pushed back. Super inconvenient as I called off from my current job as I was told there was only 2 days available to do the training and I couldn't start the job without it. Super annoying but mistakes happen. Also, to top it off the codes I was sent didn't work and when I asked what to do next I was told to wait because they had to get "new codes" sent out and that would take no longer then the weekend. Again I wait a week no codes were sent until, last week February 28th I call again and I'm asked if I went to any training as the position starts next week. I pause because there's no way they could've actually expected me to have been somewhere without having prior knowledge to the training and proceed to say "no you were supposed to send me an email/call when you had the details." I'm then told there's one last training tomorrow and if I couldn't make it then I wouldn't be able to start working. Shocked I then ask her why wasn't I alerted as to any of the training dates from the last week to now and she says she's "really sorry for the inconvenience". Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable so I proceed to ask how's that fair to me when I allocated over 2 months with the assumption I'd be starting work and again met with the same response. These people don't care about their job and probably won't care about you. So if you're looking for a place to work I'd look elsewhere. If I could give em a 0 I would. read more

Hands down i have never found an staffing agency that i would recommend to friends an family, theres one women in the sante fe springs ca. Office i believe her name is marla o. She went above an beyond for me , she not only took the time to her my need but also gave me options on the opportunity at hand an gave me info on new company id be sent to , she did not lie to get position fill ,but mayched my experience with the company that i would be an asset for, it worked out! This agency is horrible, was told it would be Monday through Friday 9-5 , then when I show up at the job they tell me it's 2-10pm moving forward , then I told them on my second day I can't do Saturday's I'm busy , then the manager says "come on do you really have anything better to do " lmao what ? The black chick was fever flirty , I'm not attracted to black chicks , she was mad I didn't give any attention to it , when I tell her again about my schedule she said she will write an email out and have the main manager contact me , They said I had the day off Wednesday my 3rd day then I get a call the 4th day by Alicia another black female saying my assignment has ended because I didint show up to work , I told her that they told me it was my day off , she then says o well , I'm just relying the message , then hangs up on me .....this agency is something else read more

If I could give them 0 or -stars I definitely would. When ending my assignment back in December they didn't warn me until the day of. I've been calling since December to get another assignment and I leave messages and messages and never get a response. Trying to get a hold of someone there is like trying to reach the president. You'd probably have better luck winning the lottery than getting your phone call answered or returned. I finally went in for another drug test/background test and was told it would only take a couple weeks and what seems like to be a month later I'm still waiting. I've called, left voicemails, and messages and getting a call back from Heidi is impossible. I've even emailed her and she only replied once with such vague information. No matter what issues you go and talk to David the manager of Adecco he will shut you down and tell you there's nothing he can do basically playing with your job and playing with your time some of the jobs they have are not organized the managers do not do their jobs correctly and slack off, any little major mistake they will tell you to find another agency or another job. worse Agency ever been to I was working in Sara Fe springs working my ass off for these people talked about getting hired was no live there. so I continue to work everyday and I ended up getting injured they send me off to get treatment and they basi said I'm ok I can go back to work with my injury hurting pretty bad I couldn't touch nothing because my wrist was all meat up. I told them I wasn't able to work. stayed home for 2 weeks and my hand was still in pretty bad shape they had me on works comp with no benefits I never got paid. Adecco don't give two shit about you they won't pay you when your on works comp and did nothing for me had to call works comp so many times they didn't even bother to call me back left voicemails and voicemails next thing I know I get a letter from works comp saying I'm guessing your feeling better to come back to work getting me all confused because I been trying to reach out to them for more treatmen. my point made is that they weren't paying me sue to my injury which I'm still having problems with 7 months later. I had to move out because I didn't have the rent money to live there in the area. therefore I had to move outta the county. point blank they don't care about you all they care about is just there money but when it comes to yours they will screw you over. I will let unemployment know that you guys are fraudulent and will try to make me look bad when I go unemployed pretty sure you said I left for no good reason. not to mention when I was off work I went straight to your building upstairs and all I hear waiting for to speak to someone is someone is calling about there situations and some dumb idiot worker a guy telling her employer to tell that guy to basically stop talking and just hang up on him being mad rude. don't worry things will come back to you people believe that karma will hit all of you people working for Adecco . read more

I am very disappointed in this office. My son was mislead with hopes of being hired permanently from a temp assignment at a warehouse in Whittier. After a year later the company had permanent positions to hire temps from an in-house rep called Dan from (Adecco). He recommended other temps that were lazy and didn't have certifications to drive their equipment in the warehouse. This warehouse is unsafe and I am truly considering in calling Cal-Osha to file a complaint on Adecco and the company itself. The only reason why I am getting involved is because I have used outside Recruiting services and never experienced this before. read more
