Great doctor for listening but did not do a hands on exam for gym injury (2 months on crutches and…read morea year later still problems). Seemed to dismiss it as significant and that I was too concerned? H did give me ideas of what would help and it did. Not so good with older/midlfe women but made definite gestures of listening by turning chair dropping everything and making eye contact - so unusual in this day and age - kind of charming old way of being "seen". 1 star off mostly because of OM where he has set up shop - totally a bad gig (bureaucratic bottom feed clinic) and do you want all your info to be collected into the large Am data cntrs?

Called O.M. after joining and made appointment for today, Monday, Dec. 8. On Friday, Dec. 5 late afternoon, just ONE business day before the appt., I get a call from O.M. telling me Dr. Fell's office cancelled my appt. because they do not accept new patients anymore. 1. Why was appt. available and booked if Dr. Fell does not accept new patients anymore? 2. Why notify me end of day on Friday, one business day before the actual appt? 3. Why not having the decency/courtesy to call me directly to let me know? Perhaps Dr. Fell is indeed a good doctor (I did not get a chance to experience), however, given the way HIS office/people handled this matter, makes him a terrible leader. And as we all know, the buck stops with the boss. Disappointing, to say the least.

I've been going to this office for years to see Dr. Vecchi and in the recent years, Dr. Dang has…read morebecome the face of this practice. I had a chance to see him for a few times when my PCP wasn't available and thought he was both friendly & accommodating. There are several doctors and healthcare providers under this group which allows patients to have more access to care. There's been a handful of times where I was unable to get an appointment with my doctor and had to select a different one with an earlier availability. Personally, I don't have any major health issues, so it's not a big deal if I don't see the same doctor for every visit. However, it's frustrating when I get asked about my condition from previous visits because I'm seeing a different doctor. Not saying it's not relevant for them to ask but there's lack of knowledge built from having an existing relationship with your patient. I could easily just go to another clinic and it wouldn't make a difference. On top of that, the office staff are not friendly and it's so off-putting interacting with them. While I thought all the healthcare providers in this office are decent, I prefer to have a consistent PCP.

Being able to speak Vietnamese or English is a huge plus. It helped my parents feel comfortable and supported too. My whole family has switched to him now, and we couldn't be happier. If you want a primary care doctor who truly cares and follows through, this is the one.

1 Star - Very Disappointing Experience…read more My wife had an 8:45 a.m. appointment specifically for a fasting blood draw. She took time off work and arrived fasting as instructed. Dr. Huang's assistant attempted to draw her blood four or five times but was unsuccessful, leaving multiple needle marks and bruising on both arms. My wife was actually very understanding and did not blame the assistant -- she understands that less experienced staff need opportunities to learn. She then asked if Dr. Huang could help with the blood draw. She waited until Dr. Huang finished with her patient, and at that point her next patient had not yet arrived. However, after hearing what had happened, Dr. Huang simply said she had other patients and did not have time, and told my wife to go to Quest instead. We found her response and attitude extremely dismissive and unprofessional. My wife had a scheduled appointment, had taken time off work, had been fasting, and had already gone through multiple unsuccessful needle sticks. She wasn't asking for special treatment -- she was simply asking the office to complete the service she had scheduled. She then drove to Quest, only to find that they were not accepting walk-ins and the wait would have been hours. In the end, she couldn't even complete her blood test that day. We understand that difficult blood draws happen. Our complaint is not about the unsuccessful blood draw -- it is about how Dr. Huang handled the situation afterward. We expected much more compassion, professionalism, and consideration from a physician. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we cannot recommend this office.
