Our family attended an estate sale hosted by this company in Gresham, OR on Nov. 6th & 7th, 2021…read more I'm retired now but in the past, I along with my business partner, used to host estates, moving, any kind of downsizing sales in another state. Need I say, once bitten by the 'home reduction' sales, it never leaves. At least not for me & my family. As so, I think we're qualified to make a reasonably good judgement about how this sale was handled. Everything from cleanliness, plenty of helpers, to very well marked prices, was evident from the moment we stepped in to the premises. Prices were fair & then marked down as expected on the last day. We purchased our 'must have' items on the first day & then, the next day, bought what we liked that was still there, if still there, we were supposed to have it. lol Thats some logic for you, but you know what I mean. The first day we took home a full car load & then had to return with the pickup truck for the rest. The second day, we stuffed the car to the point that I don't think we could have fit in another pair of socks! It was a truly wonderful, fun, time for us all & we're having such fun going through our 'loot'. We're impressed with how this sale was hosted to the point that we made sure to go online to leave this comment & also to get on the mailing list so we are aware of all sales from Elizabet Ann's Estate Sales

She has been extremely patient with my decision making - always finding options that I feel comfortable with. (It's scary when you are a first time buyer- and realize how much it really is to furnish a home). We started off having a bunch of pre calls- where she got the vibe of me and my girlfriend's taste. And let me tell you .... It's not an easy feat when my style is PNW/ midcentury modern and my gf is English country side/ northeast . But we are SOOOOOOO happy. She sent us a doc of exactly what we were looking for- and even did it in phases. Little by little .... Am I right ? My favorite part- she always helps schedule and makes the delivery process up so smooth, I never have to worry about it. She is so responsive and on it. Thank you so much Julia- for making this semi - stressful task .... Fun!

We like to support local businesses today in the world of internet shopping and we appreciated not only the huge amount of furniture there we could physically touch and feel but even for pieces we ordered that weren't physically there they had other pieces we could see in a different color or style so we could still see the construction and quality of the furniture brand. Amanda could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable! She has an amazing ability to plot out and visualize how things will look in the space of the room and we really needed that! They have been super accommodating and even offered to send us a temporary console to put our TV on since the one we ordered will take a couple extra weeks to arrive from the rest of the things. I can't say enough good things about Elam's! They have only gotten better, if possible, over the last 10 years!
