Brian not only provided an immediate consultation on site, but came out to perform the work the very SAME day. His customer service and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. He went above and beyond to ensure my mother's properties looked immaculate...and ithey DID! I was not only impressed by the amount of work he accomplished within such a short period of time, but how professional he was throughout the entire process. Brian consistently had a good attitude, he was polite and courteous with my mother, and demonstrated patience and grace as she walked him around the properties explaining the issues in detail. I was quoted $210/month. After the first visit, I noticed multiple palm fronds were still lying throughout the property. When I contacted Mike, what should have been a simple first-service correction turned into a lengthy and uncomfortable text exchange. He stated that the fronds had been sitting there "for weeks" and would normally be considered a cleanup, despite me explaining that my previous lawn company had serviced the property just the week before. There was also a disagreement regarding palm trimming. Mike stated that his crew had trimmed six palms and referenced photos provided by his crew. However, those palms had already been serviced prior to T3 taking over, and the photos presented to me appeared to show different trees rather than a clear before-and-after of the same trees. What concerned me most was not that something was missed during the first service -- mistakes and misunderstandings happen. It was how my concern was handled. Instead of simply clarifying the service expectations and resolving the issue, the conversation became increasingly argumentative. Mike ultimately told me not to contact him again and waived the charge. He then told me that I had "taken money from a small business owner that is a single father." This was particularly upsetting because I had already offered multiple times in writing to pay a prorated amount for the service performed, and I offered to pay again after he made that statement. I was never asking for free service. I have retained the complete text-message exchange documenting the conversation, including my repeated offers to pay, should there ever be any question regarding the accuracy of my account. I understand that misunderstandings can happen, especially during a first service. I was looking for a reliable long-term lawn company and would have been perfectly willing to clarify the scope, pay appropriately, and move forward. Unfortunately, the way this first concern was handled made me uncomfortable continuing the relationship. I'm sharing my experience so prospective customers can make their own informed decision about whether this communication and customer-service approach is a good fit for them.

I have hired several lawn care companies during my 20 years of renting and home ownership; and this may be the worst experience I've ever had with a lawn maintenance company. I would highlight that they left tree limbs hanging from our fence lines and never came on the same day per week for lawn maintenance. Our family never knew when the lawn would be tended to or if ever. Their lack of care for the lawn was apparent when they decided to stop spraying for weeds which we had to tend to ourselves, despite the contract stipulating weed spray. The main operator, Rayne, and his workers left branches of palm leaves in the yard that they simply weed-wacked around. They also refused to mow our lawn on occasions if a car was parked in the driveway. The tree clippings or more heavy branches were left in our lawn to decay when a trash can wasn't available. I was approached by a banging at my door by Rayne, that a trash can needed to be available for the limbs (which would have constituted about 5 large WM trash cans). I was questioned if I noticed the tree limbs hanging off the fence line. I said yes, we did notice large limbs laying in our yard and we took them down to the street. He went on to lecture me about trash pick-up protocol. I apologized to HIM! Then, after our altercation at my front step, we received a hasty email that stated Beachside Lawn would discontinue our business due to scheduling issues, the road we lived on, and a roof steep. I'm writing this review because I want to make a buyer beware statement due to our absolute trust we put in this company and the lack of respect we received back from egotistical whims on their part. I would only hire this business if you are looking for childish, haphazard, and unprofessional lawn care.
