*** IF I COULD RATE A ZERO STAR EXPERIENCE *** Absolutely Unacceptable: A Warning About Adapt-Aware-Zone My experience with Aware Zone was nothing short of a complete disaster, leading to major, life-impacting mistakes that I was forced to correct myself. To say their service standards are "below par" is a generous understatement; they are demonstrably incompetent and their repeated failures have caused significant emotional stress. The issues I encountered were not minor oversights but fundamental errors stemming from a clear lack of attention to detail and professional diligence. I spent immense amount of time correcting their mistakes that pertained to legal matters. It's truly baffling how a company could operate with such disregard for the critical impact their work has on their clients' lives. I entrusted Aware Zone with critical legal documents. The company lacks a baseline level of expertise and accuracy. The companies critical flaws that directly jeopardized my legal standing, finances and personal safety. The "multiple issues" I faced were not isolated incidents but a pattern of systemic failures. I repeatedly had to spend my own time identifying and rectifying their mistakes, essentially doing the job I paid them to do. This wasn't just an inconvenience; it had a direct and severe negative impact (missed deadlines). Forcing me to schedule emergency hearings. The frustration of having to correct major, life-impacting mistakes on their part is immeasurable. I strongly urge anyone considering Adapt-Aware-Zone to look elsewhere. The company lacked in all standards, stated that they "provide". EXAMPLES: "we aim to make the program simple and convenient" The program was NOT simple nor convenient pertaining to submitting/provide LEGAL documents. "We understand it can be overwhelming, so we have made it flexible." The company made it more OVERWHELMING. "Flexible"? "Our staff is experienced and caring" Employees are NOT educated on what they do and don't do. "We are dedicated to making your journey stress-free and ensuring your satisfaction." My experience with Adapt-Aware-Zone was the complete OPPOSITE. Their capacity for handling significant personal and LEGAL matters conveyed nothing but stress. I completed the three month program with Adapt Aware Zone. I am grateful for the instructor Ms. Anita. My class was early Saturdays at 8 am so it helped that Ms. Anita always began her classes with a happy and loving demeanor. The material in each class was definitely grounding and important so that the students can learn about the detrimental effect that alcohol has in our lives. The times I had questions regarding anything to do with the class I called the office and they made sure to promptly answer all my concerns. Also, I work a weekend job and several times it got in the way of my class. In those situations, Adapt Aware Zone worked with me and were flexible so I could still re-schedule my classes and finish them promptly. I would absolutely recommend this course to anybody going through this tough situation that is dealing with a DUI case. Going back to Ms. Anita, she always would make sure to motivate her students and remind them that our present and future is in our hands and we have the power to overcome any difficulties no matter how tough. read more

The topics, videos and the discussions were knowledgeable and impacting for me because of this i see things differently in a more positive way. I really enjoyed it because you hear from other people and what they've gone through or going through and it's an open class so you can give advice or receive advice. This program had really friendly staff. It's very simple and straightforward to complete as long as you put in the work by showing up. You really shouldn't have any problems. It is super affordable compared to the other programs (around $200 off). You will be charged a fee if you miss a class, however, they are willing to help you out financially. Make sure to double check/confirm if your teacher speaks your language. They did put me in a Spanish speaking class without letting me know, but it was fine for my case. read more
