The most recent incident their lawn mower stopped working in the middle of mowing our lawn, we were told they would be out first thing the next morning. The next morning I had to call and ask when they would arrive and David Peltz tells me they would be back sometime in the afternoon or the next day. No concern at all they left a job unfinished. Who leaves a job unfinished, with no call to the customer or at least an apology for the inconvenience. A company that doesn't value their customers. The previous issue we had with Empire was the same kind of lack of pride in their work. We asked for some basic mowing and edging to be completed, the job was less than satisfactory. I have posted some pictures for reference, so people can see the quality of work.

However (only one year later) now I have a full rock bed full of grass and weeds. I cannot even keep up with all of the weeds and grass coming through it. I'm very disappointed that I paid them to install fabric. It honestly looks as if there is nothing under the rock.
