We had trouble getting wifi to work in parts of our home and he was able to locate an ethernet outlet that we missed completely that was covered by an antique dresser. By finding this, we were able to get wifi at the back part of our home. He also cleaned up some settings that weren't being used and rearrange settings so when it came time to return the Comcast modem (to use our own), it would be ready for us. I highly recommend using these folks if you have any network issues. James is the owner and responded quickly to my call and referred Kevin to us.

I tried to install another wifi router but, could never get it work right. These guys came in and installed a "Wireless Mesh Network" and now I can be anywhere in the house with our laptops and Ipads.
