The groomer, I think her name was Monica, took her time with Walter and worked on gaining his trust. She even made sure to use the right tools so she didn't end up hurting him if he moved around a lot. Then I accepted the fact that at payment they applied a $5 fee over and above the grooming price which turned out to be $75. But today when I left my dog off, they said that they might not be able to groom her until 4-5pm. I called the groomer and she said that if I paid a $25 express fee she could groom her right away. The front desk had not informed me of this option. When I complained to the person at the front desk about the confusion, she didn't even respond to me.
