    Avoid Adam Group & Tony! Bought a Ram ProMaster and problems started the next day. Lights on, noises, and no repair paperwork. They misled me and don't stand behind their vehicles. Take your business elsewhere!

    They sold me a $25,000 lemon. It needs at least $6k in repairs, and they have yet to send me the license plate. Avoid at all costs. In addition to all the pictures below, the clutch slave cylinder failed catastrophically within 48 hours of ownership.

    Go and see Tony Guerrero, tell him Angel sent you! He took care of everything from beginning to end. I crashed my car on a Monday, came by on Tuesday and worked out a deal on 2020 BMW X3 xdrive, which was perfectly priced. The price was so nice i couldn't even bring myself to haggle for a lower price. I drove home with my car after it was cleaned and detailed on Wednesday. I am in town on a work contract and they were able to register the car in my home state, so when I get home i can pick up my plates! I was worried about that since I don't live here. I honestly am very pleased with my experience with this dealership, they have a huge inventory of high end vehicles at prices you can't believe! Before you buy some where else, do your self a favor and check them out before agreeing to anything! Thank you again Tony for everything!

While I can appreciate this opportunity for those who need it, I advise you to check the interest rate so that you know. It was not offered to my family member until we asked about it. The down payment and interest rate depend on the vehicle selected (year and miles). You have to do quite a bit of math to determine the rate on your own. Please don't go in unaware.

Unfortunately, just two days after bringing it home, the vehicle was already in the shop with electrical problems. To their credit, they honored the 5-day guarantee and repaired it at no cost. Two months later, however, I was driving the car home from a car wash when it suddenly shut off while I was in motion. Thankfully, I was driving -- not my daughter. An approved SilverRock repair shop was less than three miles away, but on the way there, the car shut off several more times while driving. Each time I had to pull over, restart the vehicle, and hope it would keep running. I was fortunate there was no traffic, as this situation could easily have resulted in a serious accident. After arriving at the repair shop, they kept the vehicle for a week and eventually told me they had never seen an issue like this before and advised me to take it to the dealership. Because the car was too dangerous to drive that far, I had to pay to have it towed. The dealership then kept the vehicle for several days and also stated they had never seen anything like it. After another week -- and multiple calls between different dealership service departments -- they finally determined the cause and how to fix it. When they contacted SilverRock for approval, the claim was denied. SilverRock wouldn't even pay the diagnostic portion, leaving me to pay for the actual repair out of pocket. Three months later, the check engine light came on again -- and we hadn't even owned the car for six months. When you buy from Drivetime, you are given a pamphlet listing what SilverRock covers. The approved repair shop submitted another claim, listing multiple components that needed repair. Some were marked as not covered in the pamphlet , but others were not listed as exclusions -- so one would reasonably expect at least a partial approval. Instead, SilverRock denied the entire claim. Their contract allows them to call a part "inclusionary," meaning that even if it is not listed as excluded, they can still deny coverage if they claim it is related to a non-covered part. This loophole allows them to deny nearly any claim -- forcing customers to pay out of pocket for major repairs. The result: unreliable vehicles and a warranty that provides little to no real protection. These cars are lemons, and the SilverRock warranty is a scam.

If you are duped into buying from them, you had better be prepared to drive the car 'til death, because you will not be able to resell it or trade it in anywhere else (they say, when challenged, that they will, but....). Run. Walk. Take the bus. Just don't go here. I gave 1 star because zero is not an option. We tried to get them to address the concerns for hours to no avail. I'm sure it's more "miscommunication..." Andrew, who thinks he is a manager, but doesn't sound confident, continues to dig in his heels. They will not be upfront about the bad titles that they are selling. They are proud to be the biggest dealer of dirty title cars. They will not be able to be resold easily or for a fair price. They don't want to be honest. They don't want to make things right. They just want you to think they will.
