I've been with several insurance agents and this has been the best experience I've had so far. After sending him all my coverage requirements, Jeffrey quickly responded with quotes from multiple insurance companies. He gave me genuine advice on coverage and cost, and I was able to choose a policy that suited my needs and wants. I've added and took off a couple vehicles since and it has been hassle free (unlike past agents). If you want a genuine insurance agent who will take care of all your needs, I'd highly recommend Jeffrey Le.

Dealing with insurance agents is never an easy task, but Pedro made the process extremely easy. I…read moregave him a call early in the morning because my previous policy was about to lapse and I needed coverage immediately. Pedro offered to quote me over the phone but I was in the area so I decided to stop by his office so we could expedite the process. When I walked in Pedro greeted me and made me feel welcome by asking me some basic questions about myself just to get the conversation going. After going through the application, I let Pedro know that although price was extremely important, I had never had an agent that was as friendly as he was. Pedro then informed me that he was able to get me a lower rate with Farmers while also providing me with more comprehensive coverage than I had previously. He was then able to get me a larger discount by adding my renters insurance, which turned out to only be a couple extra dollars a month. Overall, it was a great experience and to this day Pedro has been nothing but helpful!

Jerry Tench was my agent far too long. He was evasive and would not talk to me on the phone nor…read morerespond to me questions in email, despite asking him several times. He took actions I did not want without consulting nor informing me. He canceled automatic payments on my home owners policies for both of my properties, when I asked him to cancel the auto payments on just one of the properties. He never mentioned cancelling my insurance on both properties. At that time I was not monitoring my accounts which are all set up on auto pay and didn't realize the premium was not being paid which resulted in the cancellation of the policy. The bank through which I have the loan charged me an exorbitant amount for the required homeowners insurance. Jerry Tench never imparted information having to do with my insurance such as letting me know my deductible let alone offering any helpful information. He is judgemental without knowing the facts and has preferential customers whom he treats as valued customers, which is why he has some good reviews. I strongly regret having had him as my agent. I hung in there for a decade thinking that things would get better but they got worse. After having any interaction with him I started to become extremely agitated and angry. When I finally had the wherewithal to ask to change agents I met with a lot of resistance from him.He was defensive and refused to initiate the change of agent, insisting the other agent has to initiate the change. The other State Farm agents with whom I spoke told me that was not the case and it would put them in a position of appearing to be taking his clients. It took an inordinate amount of time to extricate myself from his client list. I would give him no stars but that is not an option. Do yourself a favor and find another agent!!!! PS with him my house was grossly underinsured. He never looked at the property which is not far from his office and never checked building costs. Shame on me for taking his abuse for so long, Stay Away!!! .
