Still, we were able to get some policies set up and she was clearly very knowledgeable. However, for the last policy, I've no waited a month and she still hasn't been able to get it confirmed for me. Meanwhile, I will miss the window in 2023 to have my dental work done. Therefore I will have to pay an additional $1500 When I get the work done. I still don't have a policy. She has not returned my calls or responded to my email. This isn't the first time I've experienced this behavior with her and is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I encourage you to think carefully before you work with her because she's not able to be consistent with communication or follow through. She actually blamed not having my policy ready on her. Telephone not working. Another time she didn't return my call for seven days and said she was sick. Very disappointing experience. I'm happy to take this review down if I get a policy by tomorrow.
