Adam was an absolute game-changer in our search for a new home rental in Malibu. From the very beginning, his communication was outstanding--prompt, clear, and always responsive, even on short notice. After looking without an agent for several months, he sent over a host of new listings that actually fit what we were looking for. No wasted time on properties that didn't make sense. What really stood out was his representation expertise. His negotiation strategy was smart and thorough--he anticipated issues before they came up and fought hard to get us the best possible terms. We felt completely supported and confident throughout the whole process. If you're looking for a broker who truly delivers five-star service in the Malibu area, Adam is the guy. Highly recommend! read more

Being in hospitality, some of us get ruined because we know good bad. We understand people who. care and people that don't. Sometimes that puts a bad taste in our mouth even if we achieve our goal of selling a large property. but I think some agents get it it's hospitality. It's the small things. It's the things that people don't pay attention to that sometimes count the most. I noticed early on that. Adam got that that he understood the small nuances of just making people feel comfortable and happy and taken care of. If you do that, the "Sell" always comes. read more

Adam helped us sell our home and find our next one, and he was excellent on both fronts. He's a skilled, sharp agent who kept everything moving smoothly and kept us informed at every step. But what sets Adam apart is something beyond the transaction itself. He brings a genuine sense of meaning to the process, a reminder that a home isn't just an asset, it's a sacred part of life. Selling a home can feel purely transactional. With Adam, it never did. We felt cared for the whole way through, and we'd recommend him to anyone. read more

Adam Brawer Deserves 10+ Stars!!! I am deeply grateful for meeting and having the privilege of working with such an amazing human being, Adam Brawer. I spoke with him briefly over a year ago and knew exactly who to call when my dad passed away. My sister and I decided to sell our family home, and I intuitively knew Adam was the right person for the job! When I called Adam after my dad passed; he was very kind and empathetic. He explained the whole process step by step to ensure this was stress-free for me. His selflessness, guidance, and support through this difficult time was truly remarkable. We decided that we were going to spruce up the house a bit and put it on the market. He was kind enough to drive down to Orange County to look at the house and give his expert opinion. (1 day before he left for vacation!) Shortly after getting back from vacation, Adam got a call from an investor looking for a fixer-upper and Adam showed him the house. Adam even SAGED our home before showing it to the buyer to ensure the house had clean and positive energy!! The buyer loved the home and negotiations began immediately. I jumped on a call with Adam, and he discussed every detail with me. He had our best interest at heart and wanted to get us the best possible deal. With his masterful negotiating skills, Adam got us an amazing OFF-MARKET, ALL-CASH deal with the closing date we wanted!!! The whole transaction was FAST, smooth, and effortless! Adam is a very passionate and EXCEPTIONAL realtor. Truly, a unicorn in the real estate industry. I can't recommend ADAM enough! XO read more

I don't often take the time to write reviews, but then I've never met a realtor like Adam. When we decided to move out of our Topanga spot and upgrade before Christmas we had a very particular set of criteria. I don't know how he does it but Adam had a place up his sleeve that hadn't even hit the market yet and two weeks later we were living in it! Thanks again Adam, you've really got some angel-on-our-shoulder vibes going on! read more

Adam assisted us in selling our old home and buying our new forever home. We were purchasing in a highly competitive market during Covid. There were numerous bidders competing for brand new construction in a desirable neighborhood from an acclaimed builder. Adam landed the deal and did so without breaking the bank. We played smart and did not resort to just throwing money at the problem. He navigated and solved for issues caused by our lender being slow to respond even though these issues were not his to fix, he was willing to do whatever it took to land the deal. He was fun to work with and became a true friend in the process. We've owned our home for three years now and still keep in regular contact, celebrate birthdays together and vacation together. An incredible human and realtor. Highly recommended! read more

I am an independent insurance broker and Adam has been referring clients for a couple of years. My fiancé and I have so much gratitude for Adam and the guidance he provided us in our search for a new home. Hard to put into words but I would say the things that we felt the most were his patience with us through a long process and his ability to see the Matrix and provide 5-steps-ahead council as we navigated a complex and competitive environment. The thing that will give you peace of mind when you're waiting on an answer about your offer is knowing you've got the best person fighting for you. That's Adam. read more

Adam is an amazing unicorn of a realtor. He helped my fiancé and I through a very difficult house-hunt with uncommon ease and confidence. He's an excellent communicator, he's got integrity, and he's also just a good, likable guy, so other agents like to work with him. AND, he hustles hard and is not shy about being direct and negotiating firmly. He's worked as a Hollywood agent, so he's done his time learning how to reach favorable terms. Directly because of his knowledge and expertise, we were able to agree on closing terms that were unlikely at best, and in our favor. But honestly, all parties were happy and the transactions went way smoother than I thought possible! Can't recommend him highly enough. Its the lucky few that get to work with him. read more

Adam was amazing and with out a doubt the best realtor I have ever worked with. He patiently worked with me to find me the perfect house for about 9 months. He would always send me links to new listings that were inline with what I wanted and was amazing at setting up convenient times to see each property. It always felt like he was most interested in helping me get the right property rather than pushing a sale. He went above and beyond setting me up with general contractors to quote on potential renovations at some of the properties we were inspecting and he was always available for any questions I had. When we found the place I wanted to purchase he was great at helping me with the whole process of making an offer, counter offers, getting inspections and explaining all the intricacies of buying in Topanga. I would highly recommend Adam if you want to have someone you trust by your side in purchasing a property. read more
