I was actively researching the Malibu market for investment opportunities, specifically inquiring about reports of potential price dips following the recent fires. This is a common and legitimate market question for any serious investor. The agent, however, immediately assumed I was "joking" and laughed at my question, showing a complete lack of professionalism. He quickly dismissed my inquiry and would not continue the conversation. If you are a serious investor looking for an agent who understands market dynamics and treats inquiries with respect, do not waste your time with this person. read more

I really can't express my gratitude for Henry. As a first-time home buyer, this process is so scary and daunting. Henry was by my side every step of the way with the education I needed to feel confident in my home purchase. He was always on top of his game in sending me new listings to review and helped secure the perfect home for our growing family. :) He is one of the most friendly people I've had the pleasure of knowing, and I can't wait to one day find a second home just so I can work with him again. I highly recommend anyone interested in a home reach out to Henry. He'll not only take great care of you, but will likely turn into a fast friend as well. read more

Henry hired our company to take photos for a condo in Santa Monica and was the nicest and knowledgeable agent we've worked with. He knew what angles he wanted photographed without being pushy or arrogant. The owners were an elderly couple who was very aggressive in how they wanted their property represented, and the way Henry had reassured property owners was awesome. I wish more agents were like Henry!!! read more

Henry is great! He was my realtor when I bought my home over 6 years ago and then helped me sell it this year when I decided to move to a new state. He even helped facilitate my mail getting picked up after the house sold and I accidentally sent it to my old address. He referred me affordable handy men throughout the 6 years I knew him, and gave me great suggestions when prepping my house for sale. He was always just a text or call away and was helpful every step of the way! read more

Henry helped us (firs time buyers) purchase our first home. He was patient, easy to talk to and willing to try to meet all of our demands. We had some unrealistic expectations both with price and location, but Henry never let up. He showed us the available inventory so that we would better understand the market. Henry is a first-time home buyer savior!! Seriously, I would highly recommend his services. I was in a really tough spot and needed to relocated to the Valley in a very limited time-frame for work. Unfamiliar about the different neighborhoods, I thought I'd end up in a place I hated. Henry helped me focus on an area based on what I was looking for and my lifestyle. By narrowly targeting an area based on my preferences, he found an incredible condo that seriously exceeded my expectations. I didn't expect to find a place I love so much; the condo is perfect for me and my neighborhood is exactly what I was hoping for. Henry, I can't thank you enough! read more

His positive attitude, responsiveness, motivation and expertise made the entire experience way too easy and stress-free for me. I can never work with another broker because it is easy to tell that Henry is one of a kind and views your needs as if they were his own. If it weren't for Henry's advice and persistence I would NEVER have gotten my home and I definitely would not have gotten such an amazing deal on it. I cannot recommend Henry more! read more

Henry was a great negotiator, worked well other agents, was thorough, professional, highly responsive, well informed and kept me calm. I also gave Henry the listing for the townhouse I was selling.
