He told me my back was too inflamed to do a manipulation so they did electrical stimulation and acupuncture. I felt physically and emotionally better and calmer than when I arrived. The cost per person is cheaper Mon - Thurs. $20.99 for 60 mins. $26.99 for 90 mins. Fri - Sun it's $26.99 for 60 mins and $38.99 for 90 mins. For Mondays and holidays, it's best to check back because the prices do change. I highly recommend booking on the website instead of blindly going there. The slots fill up fast. Annoyed, but understanding glitches happen, we left so they could play their game, and we tried the second hoops room, and the door wouldn't unlock for us! Second, we wanted to do the lasers room, and the instructions weren't clear, and when the AI voice announces the game rules, we couldn't understand what he was saying at all, and completely missed and lost our game immediately lol. Other than those two issues, the other rooms were great. We loved the Mega Arena and Climb rooms the most. The wait times weren't too bad, even though the place was packed due to it being Thanksgiving week. You'll definitely get your cardio in, and don't forget your water bottles!!

Submitted to 2ndary insurance Sept 27. and I quote because "something electronic didn't go right". The owner, Bob, got on the phone with the intention of wasting my time He wouldn't answer my questions (do I have any more outstanding invoices0 and purposely started throwing irrelevant data at me Pam (first customer service person) and Bob both were extremely defensive instead of acknowledging they sat on the bill for 6 moths. This is the 2nd incident - first incident was when I was charged for outstanding items in October for January charges. If you have a choice - Stay away.

In July 2021, after seeing an orthopedic doctor and receiving a round of HA gel injections previously, my knee was in an abundance of pain. I could barely walk and it was affecting my ability to work, workout, drive and do normal activities with friends and family. At the advice of a friend, I called Active Care. I had never been to a Chiropractor before but was desperate for help. I was welcomed with friendly faces, a clean and open office, an insurance sheet that told me exactly how much I would owe for what and when, and Doctors with positive attitudes, outgoing personalities, and who truly want the best for you. I saw Dr. Freseth who created a plan for me that included rehabilitation, adjustments, exams, and regular massages with Cheryl.
