Davide, Thomas, and Roger teamed up to affect a swim spa delivery into our backyard this past Friday,with attention paid to every detail. I was worried about how things would go, since the process required both a 40-ton crane and a spider crane, but it turned out my concerns were unwarranted. These guys knew their jobs and executed flawlessly; would highly recommend Ad-Lite for any crane service needs, especially jobs that other crane companies may deem too challenging or impossible to accomplish. Today, while driving southbound on US-101 I to take my 8 year old daughter to school I was changing lanes and the driver of an Ad Lite crane was TEXTING on his phone while driving A CRANE truck and nearly crashed into my car. My daughter and I narrowly avoided being injured or worse. I honked aggressively and HE DIDIN'T EVEN NOTICE. We then pulled up next to him and I asked my daughter to take photos of the truck and the driver - we have one of him driving one handed (a massive crane truck) on the freeway while holding his phone to his ear. We honked again - he was oblivious. He early killed two people and is too busy talking on his phone to even notice. I then called Ad-Lite, whose number is prominently displayed on the side of the truck. Someone picked up the phone and I relayed what happened and he said "what do you want me to do about it? I'm sitting in an office" and hung up. Great. It's clear to me that Ad-Lite crane service does not truly value safety and/or make sure to hold their employees to a high standard of safety and responsibility. I have not only called and I also sent an email to the company with the photos I took. I sincerely hope that this driver makes better choices for the rest of the day and doesn't injure any other motorist or pedestrian. If he does, I want it to be clear to the company and anyone who googles them that they were notified that he was being irresponsible and dangerous and they did nothing. read more

Our company is expanding into the East Bay area and hired Ad Lite to to a package unit pick. The operator put his down rigger on the city side walk right near some service covers and never placed any pads down. This caused the weight to crack the side walk in multiple places. We reached out to Stephanie numerous times and was assured that Matt (the owner) saw the pictures and agreed that this was their fault and they would take care of it, yet they havent. Our calls are not being returned and they have left us high and dry now to deal with an upset customer. We pride ourselves on exceeding our clients expectations and taking responsibility for our projects. We simply can not use a company that doesnt share in these core values. Make sure you take pictures of the lift both before and after and are watching that they protect the property to avoid being in a similar situation. These guys helped me when I was in a serious pickle. I live in San Francisco in a neighborhood with attached houses. I bought a hot tub a couple weeks ago, and though that I could get a bunch of guys to carry it over a couple fences, through a couple backyards, and into mine. The neighbors gave me access, and we gave it a shot. In the end it didn't work out. The neighbors ended up getting worried about injuries and property damage. So we had to leave the tub in our neighbor's yard! I called 2 crane companies before I talked to ad lite, and they either could not help me, or wanted to charge me over $2000! Part of the problem was that another neighbor would not allow access to his driveway for the crane to setup. Davide from ad lite came out, scoped the job and said he could do it for under $1000, and not need to bother the neighbor. That's exactly what he did! Amazing service - beyond what I would have inspected. Davide is one of the owners but he showed up for our job and you can see his level of professionalism in everything he does. Not only did he lift all our furniture and grill up to the rooftop in an unbelievably efficient and careful manner, but when he saw we needed help moving one of the pieces, he pitched right in even though that was clearly outside his scope. Task was to remove an old, large Sundance spa from a hilly Corte Madera location and put in a new spa. Ad-Lite came out to our house to work with the tree cutters topping a huge redwood tree in the front yard today. The two workers were professional through and through. Watching how well they communicated and did exactly what the man on top of our tree needed was amazing. Working in a tight area the crane operator never hit any power lines, fences or our house for that matter.
