I came across this shop on a google search. My car needed repairs to the front bumper and I did not want to use my insurance. I got a fair quote and the repair quality was excellent. Conveniently, there is an Enterprise next door. Really great, super friendly customer service. The team I dealt with consisted of Jeffrey, Carlos and Phil and all three of them made us feel at ease. Jeffrey in particular is above and beyond (even sang a happy birthday), Carlos was very helpful with the estimate and delivery of the vehicle and Phil was clearly skilled at his handiwork as well as considerate of what was needed and what was not. My family and I have been loyal customers at Acutech for many, many years. Brian is the ONLY mechanic that has ever laid hands on my brother's 1997 Honda Prelude from the day he rolled it off the lot till they day he sold it. My first car was a 1998 Honda Accord that I ran down to the bone. I got into an accident in downtown Miami just months after getting my license. My driver side was crushed, the door was wouldn't close, and well I blew my engine lol. First thing to get fixed was the engine; if you know cars and even if you don't, you know that blowing your engine is pricey! Acutech was able to give us a great price on swapping it out for another one. My driver's side was also repaired back to new. In June 2016 I got into another accident where the other driver switched lanes onto my little 2011 2D Honda Civic. The jeep crushed the hinges of my driver door and ripped my front bumper. It took the team at Acutech 3 days to fix my car! They even hooked it up with a NEW bumper from a newer model Honda it looks so nice I was soo happy. About a month or two ago I had a night out on the town and went straight to work. On my lunch break when I went to turn on my car nothing would happen and I freaked out. I called Acutech right away and there they were to my rescue! Cost me $75 to have my car towed from Doral to their shop. Ended up being my battery had gone and the terminals. It was ready next day. Point of my LONG review? I've been a customer for years, this review is 5 stars based off of consistency in excellent customer service and the impeccable work that's provided. Acutech Motors provides excellent service I was involved in a small accident, called Yves and Jeff they sent a tow truck picked me up at the scene of the accident in a rental car. After my car was ready they returned the rental for me. Amazing customer service and door to door service. Months later, I needed a new car battery, they remembered my name, my car model and had it ready when I arrived at the shop it took 15 minutes door to door. they are the standard for all mechanic shops to follow... read more

I had to remove my car and tow it somewhere else after I couldn't get accurate answers on what the issue was. I was the one that had to call/text to get any type of updates on a daily basis. Surprisingly so my car was ready to be towed out within 20 minutes after it took them a day to put the part in. I guess removal of the new part and putting back my damaged part happened magically or it never happened at all. Do not go to this place. It was chosen by my insurance not me. read more
