The first thing you have to know is that when it comes to buying a car I bring my father along with…read moreme because he is the most analytical and observant person you could meet... especially when it comes to cars. To put things in perspective, when I bought my used Jeep Liberty it must have been the second week of car shopping and we must have thoroughly inspected 20 cars or so. So... we're picky. This time around, we didn't go to as many places, but we did spend about 4 hours on the JP Motors lot. Our sales person was Sasha. I can tell you that I appreciated her patience because as someone with a sales background, I would have eventually tired of my father's requests.. but she was great and kept up a smile. She took care of our requests, she answered questions on time (after leaving the lot and leaving a deposit), she made sure the expectations were lived up to. Now, if you're considering going to JP Motors, you might be shocked, as I was at how there is no negotiating room on the price, but I accepted this because I had done my research on comparables and was quite pleased that my theory 'they leave margin to take care of dotting the i's and crossing the t's" was correct. I really thought the sales manager was a grumpy guy who didn't want to do anything on the price (I had to try)... but it's all good. I got great value and it's no non-sense so I appreciate that. Overall, Really outstanding service (she did a lot of running around) and Sasha along with JP Motors comes highly recommended. My new Porsche has no issues at all... 60 days later... no alerts, runs like a dream... killer on the gas though, but I knew that going in!

Sick of your lies "Whoever wrote any of these reviews must've been sleeping..."…read moreWhoever wrote any of these reviews must've been sleeping when they purchased their vehicle from this shady dealer. Ps I have photos of all that was wrong. First I would go get your vehicle re certified by your mechanic not theirs. Second their service depart is there to take your money. So I bought a Cadillac Escalade used 2010. I bought this yes it had high K's on it but apparently the motors was replaced so i went for it. Now here where the problems come started. They took more than a week to get it ready. Then it was a evening pick up I sit with Connie and she goes through all they apparently did.lol what a joke. Nothing was done. They said the A/C worked ya right not even a Belt there. The windshield leaked they wouldn't fix it. Rust all around the window I did not see. I replaced a door. Because of holes. I did about $5500 in Body work fixing the exterior with all the holes they covered up. Lower Ball Joint was replaced brake pads had to be replaced. Wipers did not work had them fixed. The windshield/ ball joints / brakes are all part of the safety. This dealership is a joke. Yes nice but they're Snakes in suits. I have all photos and documentation of what I did and what they said they did. So I will write a review on every site because after countless emails not one person has phoned back. As for Larry the owner. KARMA IS A xxxxx. How dare you take advantage. I trusted this dealer because of its history also because my uncle and him were at one time business partners. So if you want to take in the xxx like I did from a bunch of people who sells pigs with lipstick on it then go there. This is the worst Dealer and I will be following through with every legal action to but pressure on them so they never screw anyone ever again. Yes it was a only 11,500 vehicle but since I'm already $8000,00 into it I'm not happy. Ps. I asked for them to Krown Rust this vehicle and that was a joke as well. Missed so many spots. Have a great day but this is the Real truth about this place that's screws it's customers in a uncomfortable place like a back of a Volkswagen Keith Johnston Connie Taylor Murray Clark Larry Pattinson David Dubik Reason for Visit Sales (Used) Customer Service Quality of Work Friendliness Pricing Overall Experience Recommended NEVER !!!

Wow where do I begin? After two horrible experiences at Dealerships (Stay away from Markham Honda)…read more I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Halton Honda. The minute I called, to the emails I received, to the second I walked in I felt comfortable and appreciated with Honda and Albert Daniels' exceptional service. He has been in the industry for over 30 years and received many awards throughout his successful career. We were looking for a very specific vehicle and model and he helped us every step of the way, showing us and providing us with multiple options and not pushing or forcing us into anything. He is exactly the person you want to be dealing with when making a big purchase and I will certainly be going back to him for all of my future vehicles. Omar, Halton Honda's customer communications specialist, was integral to our car buying process! He was the first I communicated with and dedicated so much time to assisting me, and following up to all emails and phone calls! Also, Chris (In the Finance Department) was also a pivotal part in providing us with outstanding service and creating a positive experience from the start to the very end. I couldn't be happier and I can't thank Halton Honda enough!

Be very careful with doing any business with "Good Cars Only" and Brian Velenosi. I contacted them…read more3 times for a carfax/vehicle history on a vehicle that was advertised. All 3 times Brian Velenosi decided to ignore a potential new clients request for information on a used vehicle for sale, which is standard practice to protect consumers from scammers, damaged vehicles, and lying used car salesman. No used vehicle information was shared even though he had the information readily available. Below was the response I received all 3 times from Brian who thought he was being funny. "Thank you for your inquire the car is here its available we are open 9-6 Mon-Friday 9=-4 Saturday come see it when you have the time." Yes the grammar leaves something to be desired as well. Then he thought it would be funny to start sending blank emails to my personal inbox over and over, instead of forwarding the vehicles history in order to have a potential client come to see the vehicle if it's worth our time, after seeing the history. This is how he manages new clients and new business opportunities. I contacted him over the phone to see if he was physically ok, and he sarcastically answered the phone to tell me he was having weird computer issues which was another lie, in a sarcastic tone. Unable to send a vehicle history report on 6 separate emails was his business practice. When I called him he didn't offer the information, he just continued to be an unprofessional a**hole. I have since posted a review of his very unprofessional business practices on his "Good Cars Only" facebook page which he does not want clients to see how he conducts business, so he has hidden them. The only reason I still do not have a vehicle history is because the vehicle has reports on it that he does not want his clients to see. Shady business practices and disgusting behaviour in business. Do your homework people, avoid this business, terrible integrity. It's a shame because I have never heard of "Good Cars Only" and I purchase 60-80 used vehicles per year with an avg purchase price of $18,000+. Yes that accounts for $1.4M in revenue that he pissed away because he wanted to be shady. This is not a place you want to invest your money in. If you think any of this review is inaccurate, I'm happy to post the entire dialogue with this unprofessional salesperson, and when looking him up on social media, his profile has no info, no images, no interaction with anyone. That tells you everything you need to know about how he transacts with potential customers. After he sells them a car, he hides just like his profile. Stay way unless you want to be scammed.

They ignored the request the first time and told me the car was still available. I replied with a second request for a copy of the carfax, again, I received a reply with "yes the car is available". I sent a third request for a carfax and Brian Velenosi of Good Cars Only thought it would be funny to start replying with blank emails over and over to my inbox. I decided to call the office and he thought it would be even more funny to tell me his computer is having issues. This is how Brian and his company conducts business. They don't want to share carfax information because the vehicles have accident history. Do your homework people, imagine running a business trying to get new clients and this is how Brian thinks is professional. Stay away unless you want to get scammed.
