From their front office staff to the back office staff, they are absolutely amazing. Everyone is friendly, kind, and welcoming. Now for the doctor, Dr. Theodore Lin is A+ top notch physician! Honestly can't say enough good things about this man. I truly believe that he should be the absolute standard for all physicians to follow after. From his kind, smiling, warm and welcoming ways, or his sympathetic personality to his knowledge and patience and detailed explanations of everything. Seriously who wants to get an eye injection every 9 weeks like I do and strangely enough this office and Dr Lin make the procedure something I look forward to getting done. At any rate, if you're looking for an eye specialist, in particular retinal specialist I 10,000% recommend Inland Valley Retina and the amazing Dr. Lin!!!

Discussing the matter with other patients, I guess this is a trend where the doctor or staff would have an emergency and appts would get cancelled or postponed. This trend is an indicator to me that either this is a failing practice or the doctors do not care about timeliness. The only positive is that there was a nice lady who seemed to work there who tried to offer rescheduling services and give us an update. I could tell that she was taking all the face shots. I left after waiting for an hour because if the locksmith arrive, we still have to wait for the doctor who should have been in his office at 7:30 and not "on his way". He would then have to address the backlog and it would be another couple of hours before I would get seen. I gave this place a chance despite the negative reviews. I would recommend that you pick another place.

Rather than acknowledging my experience, he told me that the procedure was no more painful than getting a tattoo or having blood drawn. I found that response very dismissive. I understand that everyone experiences pain differently, but being told how painful I should perceive a procedure to be does not make my experience any less valid. I left feeling unheard and, honestly, gaslit, especially because I have a high pain tolerance. If patient comfort is not a priority, the least the doctor could do would respond empathetically.
