Honestly can't say enough good things about this man. I truly believe that he should be the absolute standard for all physicians to follow after. From his kind, smiling, warm and welcoming ways, or his sympathetic personality to his knowledge and patience and detailed explanations of everything. Seriously who wants to get an eye injection every 9 weeks like I do and strangely enough this office and Dr Lin make the procedure something I look forward to getting done. When I finally reached someone, I was told my glasses had just arrived and that I could come in anytime after 2:00 PM, as they close at 5:00 PM. I rushed to get my kids ready, drove 40 minutes through traffic, and arrived at 4:25 PM. When I got there, I was told they close at 4:30 PM and no one could help me. I explained that I only needed to pick up my glasses quickly and that I had been told I could come in before 5:00 PM and technically it wasn't 4:30pm yet. The rude staff member then informed me that the optical department closes at 4:30 PM--information that was never mentioned during my phone call. Despite the mistake on their end, they refused to assist me or make any exception and told me to come back on Monday. The lack of accountability, care, and understanding is very disappointing. Because of this experience, I will be returning my glasses and taking my business elsewhere.

The first eye doctor I saw told me I would not likely able to see the "E" on an eye chart. Dr Carlson was able to restore my vision back to 20/30.
