HORRIBLE vision center ordered glasses on 5/09 and was told 15 days to deliver and at the end of May told lenses were lost and was offered a pair of sunglasses at a reduced cost. Middle of June was told the new lenses were cut too small for the frames. 50 days after the order I'm told the original order has arrived and no sunglasses. Lots of excuses and would not recommend using the vision center. read more

After receiving SLT treatment for glaucoma, I needed a followup appointment for a pressure check. ONLY ONE appointment available I the middle of the day on a holiday weekend! This is a third world clinic. They desperately need another glaucoma specialist doctor on board. It is an HMO organization only. Therefore, only old poor people treated less than Serfs!!! read more

I made an appointment for a problem I was having and was fortunate enough to be seen by Margaret Nambiar, M.D. She was a true professional never have i been more impressed with a Dr. than I was with DR Nambiar. She diagnosed my condition and referred me to a Retina specialist. She explained the condition and wouldn't let me leave without her making sure I had a appointment ASAP before leaving her office. I love this place! I used to go to California Eye Professionals about 4yrs. ago, but I had moved to another State, and now I am back in Ca. The receptionists are always so pleasant and the doctors are fabulous! I had my eyes examined in Lakeside Ca. because I lived there for a while, and now I am back in the Hemet area. I was not impressed with the office in Lakeside because my glasses were not made strong enough and they didn't take much time to really give me a thorough exam on my eyes, so the glasses were never clear enough for my vision. Because of Dr Lane at Ca. Professionals, my new glasses are going to be great! He took the time to give me a VERY THOROUGH exam! My glasses right now have always made things look blurry and I knew they weren't strong enough. Dr Lane even said they weren't quite right for my sight. He made them stronger, and when I pick them up in two weeks, I can guarantee they will be perfect for my eyesight. Can't wait to get them! Dr Blase was very thorough also. I came here based on the reviews and I'm really glad I did. I saw Dr. Blase, and he is one of the nicest doctors I've met. He explained everything he was checking for and what was on the image they took of my eyes. He answered all of my questions, even the ones I thought of after I said I didn't have anymore. While I got in right at the time of my appointment, all my questions may have made the doctor late for the next appointment. CA Eye Professionals just mailed my "remade" eye glasses to me. Charged me $20 shipping to keep me and them safe during Covid Outbreak. Right away I noticed one lens is a different shape than the other. Put them on to determine if they improved my vision as their first failed attempt at glasses for me did not. Single vision lens so it should be pretty easy for them to make decent glasses, right? Nope! So bad - I just threw the glasses in the trash. The first time I went to them to make glasses, I got pink eye so badly, I had to go to the ER for medication in both my eyes. Not going to go back in there and risk my health some more. Horrible! I sent a friend of mine to Dr. Jacobson. She had one eye looking up and to the right and another eye looking down and to the left. People felt awkward interacting with her and she was terribly self conscious. Not to mention the fact that she was practically legally blind in both eyes. She previously saw several opthalmologists, non of which would operate on her. After Dr. Jacobson performed surgery she is almost 20:20 in both eyes which are no longer staring off into space. On June 28th I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Blase for the second time within a year. Once again I was so pleased with his kindness and professionalism. It isn't often anymore that you find a specialist who takes so much time and shows genuine concern for their patients. Anyone looking for an amazing opthomoligist need to look no further. I was almost blind in my left eye from a very mature cataract. I was new to my insurance plan and hesitant to have eye surgery, but when I went to their Hemet facility I was very pleased. The staff are very friendly and competent. I was very impressed with Dr. Jacobson and went ahead with the surgery. I am so thankful I did. The team was so impressive, the surgery was actually a positive experience! Now after just a week, I can see like I'm 20 years old again! I loved going here when I was younger so I was thrilled when I could go again but the receptionist over the phone is evil. I end up calling multiple times to see if she can make me an appointment one went through but another one I was told my insurance wasn't covered seems to me she needs to be more educated and not automatically assume also she sounds as if she dreads talking on the phone she needs to be fired honestly.. First of all my mom asked to take the paperwork to fill out for my 92 year old father, the receptionist said no you can fill them out when you get here. I took my 92 yr old father for the check up. The receptionist didnt even have a smile or warm welcome, arrived in time to have to fill out paperwork. Then we saw a lady next to Dr. Lane's office who asked my dad to do some eye tests. She herself not warm at all. I'm very disappointed. I so did Love Dr. Lane. Very personable, friendly and patient. I must say. I had to go to the front desk to ask questions, not one of the 2 ladies acknowledged me to say someone will be with you. Some help! Smh. I was in at 1pm and out by 235 after getting the prescription. The Hispanic man who wrote the prescription appeared friendly but the smile on his face dissapated after hearing we weren't going to get our glasses there. But he did smile and say goodbye. Kudos for that. I did like their eyeglass selection and I may go back when I have time. In that period I did take my father to the restroom. But that appointment was way too long for my father. We did spend time waiting to see the Dr . My advice to that office. Smile, we are your paycheck, sympathize for the elderly and everyone else. I have been coming here for a few years and have always wanted to return. There was a little bit of a wait due to a new system but the staff was very apologetic and friendly. Jamie at the front desk was very polite about explaining my new ins benefit copay to me. Optical even gave me new nose pads for my glasses while I waited. I called with a concern about what I thought was a shingles blister on my left lower eye lid. They went out of their way to schedule me for that day with Dr. Jacobson. Dr. Jacobson has the most experience and I didn't want to see any other Dr. They insisted that I come in that day and they scheduled me for that day! It turns out it wasn't shingles!--- thank goodness!!! Anyway, the Hemet office and Dr. Jacobson are extremely competent and professional. The Office Manager even checked with me while I was in the waiting room about why I had driven from Temecula to the Hemet office because there is a Temecula location. She wanted to make sure they hadn't made a mistake, causing me to unnecessarily drive from Temecula to Hemet. I explained that I requested Dr. Jacobson who was in Hemet that day and that I had told the receptionist on the phone that I would wait until Dr. Jacobson would be in Temecula office on Tuesday of the following week but that they insisted I see the Dr. that day and that I was grateful for the appointment and she understood the situation and was cool with it.
