There are various telephone numbers to call- yet ALL of them route to a centralized AI-directed call center; putting one on hold for over 15 minuted (while voice states from 10 down to 2). To add insult to injury, after holdind for 20 minutes (not 10 as stated), the AI states that "no one is available - leave a voice mail". It's obvious that none of the staff cares about picking up the phone or even searching the emails as to messages, and then get back to the patients! It's just wait, wait, wait; only to be disconnected! Again, the doctors are only as good as their staff, and the staff is in DIRE need to personally attend to their phones and emails!

Jess the optician was so generous in offering me a full line of options for my circumstances with full disclosure of costs and options to pay. I am completely content with the professional staff at Lobue Temecula. They kept deferring to Menifee branch closer to me but I just love the service I received in the Temecula office. In addition, I found Lawrence to be quite professional and thorough as well, while being very kind and helpful. I initially came to this particular branch because my usual LoBue office was not available to see me for an irritation in my left eye. Dr. Miller is currently assisting me with resolving the issue, and I am pleased with the treatment and consultation I am receiving. After knowing I was eligible, I did chicken out. I thought about it for months, I contacted them again and proceeded with the surgery. Recently I went to Dr. Parker because my right eye was having excessive floater activity. He took a look and said it was something that needed to be monitored, that it was age related., nothing serious. Because I have had macular issues with my left eye, I decided as a just in case to get a second opinion from an ophthalmologist and he basically said the same thing as Dr. Parker. Never hurts to get a second opinion. But, good to know Dr. Parker knows his stuff! Overall, office staff is good. There are a couple of faces who I believe have been there for a while. It seems like there is a high turnover of other office staff and some confusion about things. For instance, one time after a couple weeks I called to find out when my contacts would arrive, to find out they were never ordered. No big deal.
