I messaged them on a weekend when they were aready closed about my daughter's cracked macbook screen, Byrom got back to me right away telling me he would be happy to make the repair. I paid for the screen the next day, dropped off the computer Monday, and picked it up Tuesday. It was like new. They charged approximately half the price other places had quoted. They even said that if the problem was more than just a screen replacement, they would fix it with no extra charge. I highly recommend them.

For some reason the phone wouldn't work with the new battery; "we're trying to figure it out with Apple." A BCS technician was on the phone a few more minutes, and to my pleasant surprise convinced Apple that this was a product problem not a customer problem - Apple agreed to replace the phone. By noon the next day BCS had received a replacement phone from Apple, and loaded my apps and info onto it. Thank you several Nashua employees for advocating on my behalf.

Also I get a Bookmarks Syncing error message every 10 minutes with a long page of code that means nothing to me. Every day now since Sequoia -- 20 times a day -- It's awful. The guy was very confident about fixing the iPad when I called on the phone, but once they get you in the shop the smoke and mirrors starts. When he says that the repair cost is "market price" and he had to look it up, that is a scam. These guys are fast talking scammers who might as well be selling used cars, and if their parking lot was bigger they might be doing so. This place of business is really hard to find, so consider yourself lucky if you don't find it.
