I have never forgotten anything in a hotel room on my life, I'm always super careful and check multiple times - but last weekend I accidentally some expensive perfume behind at the Best Western in Keene. I thought it would be gone forever, but when I called the desk staff assured me I could contact the Shipping Shack and they'd get it shipped back to me. It arrived today, very quickly, even though it's almost Christmas - and perfectly packaged. Thank you so much! I really appreciate it. This facility cannot scan QR codes from your phone. Needed to return Amazon package. Called my local USPS; they can scan, print, and handoff to UPS. We should throw Shipping Shack a party when they arrive in the 21st century. read more

This place has everything -Fedex, UPS, DHL, and help packing, and printing. The woman who helped me was very friendly and was helpful concerning choosing the best option for the price. And she was careful that the address was correct, which I appreciated given my scratchy handwriting. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. This is a small multi/service shop, and I just took a chance on it, because none of the searches I did for mailing/shipping were clear about what services they provide. In fact I was heading for a UPS drop off further away, but decided to drive by just in case. This is a hidden gem for Keene and surroundings. Also, they are very Covid-19 careful. I'm from out of town, living with my brother here during the pandemic, but even he did not know about this place. Highly recommended! read more

be Ware before you ship. Go online and get your prices first. I was just charged double what I could have paid on line to print out my own label! I know business need to make money, but getting charged double is too much for a simple service. I will not use them anymore :( read more

I cannot speak highly enough of the Shipping Shack! My wife and I were passing through Keene on our way to Maine after our wedding and wanted to ship several boxes home so that we didn't have to worry about trying to fit leftover wedding decorations and favors in our suitcases, and I am so happy that we found Shipping Shack. They were so patient while we lugged in 14 boxes from our car and helped repack several of them so that we wouldn't break or lose any delicate items. They took such care and really made us feel at ease that nothing would be damaged during shipping. When we got the boxes at home, we were so pleasantly surprised at how thorough they were with the packing and how much care they put in to making sure everything was safe and secure. We had a family grandfather clock shipped from New Hampshire to Texas. Not only were their prices very reasonable, their customer service was outstanding. The owner explained to us all the different options available to us for shipping and the advantages and disadvantages of each. After consulting with him, we felt well-equipped to make the decision. The clock arrived yesterday, and we uncrated it today. The crate was custom-built by the owner, and he far exceeded our expectations. As we disassembled the crate and began to remove the packing inside, we were amazed at how securely packed the clock was. The clock arrived in perfect condition, and the communication by email with the Shipping Shack along the way was frequent and clear. We would definitely recommend this business. read more

They are a great resource, especially for difficult to pack items. They are a huge time saver. I found a great old lobster trap in Keene, and wanted to get it back to my home in San Diego. I worked with Becca to figure out my options. She took the time to show me how much it would cost to ship on each carrier. Because of the large size, it was about four times the price of the trap. In the end, Bryant built me a box that I could check as "oversized baggage" on my flight. It was a beautiful box, with a thin plywood liner. They were very precise in measurements, within an inch of the oversized limit for Southwest. My lobster trap made the trip in fine shape, and is now a part of my rock garden landscape. I have used Shipping Shack in years past without incident. Unfortunately, the service seems to have declined considerably. I brought a package in early Friday morning to be mailed to my daughter, who is stationed in San Diego and could not get leave to come home for Christmas. I supplied the box and some packing -- all that was needed was 2 more layers of bubble wrap. (I had them ship because it seemed faster than my having to go out and buy more bubble wrap, then try to get out of work early enough to get it to UPS.) I was told it should arrive by the following Friday (a week later) as long as there were no weather delays. On Saturday evening - roughly 36 hours later - I received an email notifying me that my package would be given to UPS on Monday -- no delivery date available. I replied with my concerns about the tardy shipping, but received no response. Today (Monday), UPS posted its scheduled delivery date: By end of day on Dec 27. Thanks a lot, Shipping Shack. Why didn't you send it during the FULL DAY you had in which to do so after I left it with you???? And if you weren't going to send it for TWO AND A HALF DAYS after I left it with you, WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY SOMETHING????? I would have appreciated your honesty, bought some bubble wrap from you, and mailed it myself. Now, thanks to you, my daughter won't even receive her gifts until 2 days after Christmas. Shame on you. I will not be back. Post script: I received a call from the gentleman whom I believe is the owner, and who apologized for the delay of the shipment. He said the usual policy is for west coast packages to be processed first each day for obvious reasons, and he did not know why that didn't happen in this case. He said he was looking into it. He also refunded the entire amount of the shipping cost. He was very apologetic. Of the several times I have used their services, this was the first time I had a problem -- it was just unfortunate that it happened at a time when it meant so much to me (and my family) to have the process go smoothly. read more

Called them a couple of weeks prior to our son's graduation from a local junior college and arranged to have them come to his dorm room on move out day to pack his belongings and ship them home. They picked the time they would meet us at the dorm. Not only did they not show up, they never returned the emails and phone calls we sent them. We had to throw away several items that we wanted to ship home. Should have learned from our experience last year. We arranged to have them ship our son's snowboard and snow gear home along with his dorm room bedding and larger items purchased for his room. The guy came a day earlier than the arranged time and our son wasn't ready for him. He gave the shipping guy the snowboard and gear but wasn't prepared to give him his bedding and other items. So, those were all tossed prior to our son flying home. Re-outfitting our son's dorm rooms is getting to be a tiresome and expensive proposition thanks the Shipping Shack. read more
