As a kid I've always wanted to get into the acting industry but never knew how and would constantly get scammed. It was a dream that was slowly dying. I am 20 years old now and in college. AGB Studios absolutely changed my life. I was initially set on solely studying medicine until I discovered AGB Studios and decided to follow my childhood dreams of becoming an actress. As a recent LSU graduate with no experience in acting or any affiliated training, this program transformed my life and career in only 4 months. After completion of only the BEGINNER'S program, I received 8 callbacks from talent agencies which was the most out of any student in the showcase. My son has done a couple of acting training programs, but he has gotten the most out of the AGB program. I feel that this investment in his acting career is so worthwhile. Not only the fact that the acting coaches are celebrity actors giving back, but the program is very hands-on. My son got to apply the skills learned every week and towards the end of the program he had an opportunity to film a reel which is necessary to show his talent to casting directors. The program also serves as the industry referral that my son needed to be seen by talent agencies through the showcases that the program coordinates. Erica was wonderful as she made sure that my son had the opportunity to do his agency callbacks and was very transparent about managing our expectations. We entered into this process with skepticism and caution. Our nine year old son has always wanted to act, but we had no idea where to begin. My son started attending Actors Giving Back when he was 6 years old. I had no idea what i was doing or where was i going , all i knew was that my son wanted to be an actor and i was going to support him every step of the way. Im so glad we came across this wonderful company. They gave my son the best training and within a couple of months my son had an agent and was going out for auditions. It wasn't long before he booked his first commercial. I love these guys! I was very involved with my little brother going here since my parents were a little too busy to be there. I love my little brother and would do anything for him. I was driving to work one day and heard them on the radio and immediately called my mom. I spoke to my little brother and we went to the audition knowing not to get our hopes up. this is what my brother has been wanting to do all his life. the people are there are supper nice. they explained what was going to happen if we got chosen to be a part of their classes. when we found out that my little brother made it he was so exited. I took him to most of his classes and he got to study with some of MY childhood tv starts like Chelsea from THATS SO RAVEN!!!. I have to start off by saying this program is absolutely wonderful. If i could give them more stars i would!!! If you're interested in getting your child to become the best actor they can possibly be this is the right program for you. This program 100% is an investment. The classes you pay for allows your child to interact with a celebrity every week, headshots, resumes, filming, and you will meet with actual agents for casting. I'm so thankful for agb studios! They are definitely a great place to start if you're a newbie and want to get in the industry. They guide you step by step and really care about their students. Their instructors are wonderful always encouraging and you can tell they really want you to learn and grow as an actor. Absolutely love this program. We have had the best experience here at AGB studios. The staff is amazingly nice and dedicated to the children. Highly recommend Actors giving back! It's been a blessing for our daughter Angelina Decesare and our family. The staff is great and curriculum is on point. They also bring different actors weekly to help teach the classes and really instill confidence in the kids. We found this place when we came back for pilot season from our home Australia. I wish we had something like this. Imagine your kids being taught acting by someone they watch on T.V ! My kids almost lost it! They met about 5 or 6 famous actors from Disney and Nickelodeon shows! David DeLuise was so good with them and the filmed a scene with him too! AGB acting school is terrific! The actors motivate the kids, and give easy to understand instructions to navigate the industry. This is so important if you are just starting out, since there's a lot of details that could fall by the wayside if you aren't educated about permits, getting an agent, and so much more.
