Not only are they professional and very hands-on with me as their talent, the owner is a working model/actor...that makes a huge difference to me because she knows exactly what is going on in the industry, understands the ups and downs and can directly relate to what I experience. Anytime I have questions or concerns, they don't hesitate to respond quickly and I love that they take the time to send group emails with all sorts of information, from workshops we can sign up for to discussion about important topics related to auditioning, keeping our profiles current, etc. Although I am a veteran, I wish I had an agent that took the time to break down the way things work when I first started so I know the roster of newbies at KIT are not only getting opportunities they otherwise wouldn't have access to, they're getting an agent who wants to educate them to ensure they succeed. I've never had an agent who worked so hard for me and who cares so much...with get togethers, holiday parties and other gatherings, KIT wants to be more than just an agent with a bunch of people on their roster. It really does feel like a family and I look forward to continuing to work with them for many years to come. Highly recommend!

I hosted a filming production for this company in June of 2026. Based on our direct experience and…read morewhat was captured on timestamped security footage, the production was extraordinarily disorganized, disrespectful, and poorly managed. Most concerning was the conduct of the company's acting coaches, who were serving as members of the production crew. Security footage captured them mocking our house rules, directing derogatory remarks about the house and owners toward our security cameras. Their comments reflected the same dismissive attitude the production demonstrated toward our home, our neighbors, our written restrictions, and our repeated efforts to address problems during the shoot. The production also appeared to have been substantially overbooked. The location was reserved for 6-15 people, but footage showed approximately 20-25 people on site simultaneously, with well over 100 actors, parents, and attendees cycling through throughout the day. Attendees were heard on camera complaining that they had been waiting for hours past their scheduled appointment times, had received no clear callback time or instructions, and had not been provided water while standing outside in the Florida heat. Rather than providing a designated waiting area, schedule management, or meaningful supervision, the production left people standing outside a private residence and wandering throughout the surrounding residential area. Attendees repeatedly congregated on neighboring lawns and driveways, obstructed neighboring driveways, substantially disrupted the street, and created significant noise. Security footage also showed children moving in and around active traffic, including situations where vehicles had to navigate around them and apparent near misses could have resulted in serious injury. Despite multiple written requests to control the attendees and keep everyone on our property, the production failed to take any corrective action. The resulting disruption generated serious complaints from surrounding residents and required extensive efforts on our part to apologize to neighbors and repair those relationships. After the production, we also spent days cleaning, restoring the property and dealing with property damage. This was not a minor scheduling issue or misunderstanding. It was a poorly organized production marked by excessive attendance, prolonged appointment delays, inadequate communication, lack of crowd control, unsafe conditions, disregard for neighboring properties, property damage, and openly derogatory conduct by members of the crew. Based on this experience, I would not host or work with this company again.

CGTV has given us the experience of a lifetime. Our daughter was scouted by Angelina, who gave us…read morean invitation to attend an audition in Northern California. There were hundreds of families that showed up. When our daughter auditioned, she was a little shy but did a good job for it being her first audition. To our surprise, she got a call back that evening. We returned the next day for orientation, which was a small group compared to the amount of people that auditioned. CGTV provided different program options to choose from, that can accommodate any participant's budget. The staff went over all the options available to us and we signed that day. The program is well worth the investment. We felt like this was not only a business deal, but an opportunity to build a long-term friendship with CGTV. Adrian R'Mante, his family, and the staff members at CGTV are passionate about their profession, they take it extremely seriously. You can tell they care for all the actors and have their best interest at hand. Another great aspect of attending a program is how invested Adrian and CGTV staff members are regarding the safety, and well-being of the actors in all age groups. Adrian, CGTV and celebrity guests do not let the kids go anywhere alone, they are huge on providing a safe environment for them to learn, grow and focus on improving their acting skills throughout the program. As an overprotective mother, they eased my worry, with their accountability of the kids, professionalism, and friendliness. GCTV is the real deal. Adrian R'Mante has created a successful business to help boost actors' chances of getting an opportunity to find an agent or manager within his program. We attended an All-Star and VIP program in Los Angeles, where our daughter met many guest celebrities that helped her advance her acting, monologue reading, cold reading and improv skills. You can tell the difference in her confidence level, the delivery of materials and her on stage presence. Our daughter did well at the showcase which resulted in her receiving a call back from two agents and a manager. This week we submitted the self-tapes the agent requested and had a zoom meeting with a manager. We are very grateful for the LA performance opportunity and are hopeful we will be signed soon. I highly recommend participating in Adrian's program with CGTV!

I've been living & trying to act in LA for 7 years. I've spent countless time, energy & money…read moresubmitting to agencies & managers and, in turn, have had some very interesting, pointless & waste of my time meetings & phone calls. I've signed with agencies that promised me things that they never even came close to fulfilling. I've been given the run around by so many people in the industry who claimed they 'know' what they're talking about and promised to jump start my career within a year or less, promised to land me roles on 'insert current popular show here'. I've gone to casting workshops, I've taken 8 years of acting classes, I've gotten new headshots over & over & over & OVER again. Anyways, my point is to let YOU, whoever is reading this, know that I've experienced pretty much any kind of crappy situation this industry can throw at you when it comes to trying to secure decent representation. Janine is nothing like the above scenarios I mentioned. She doesn't promise anything but to work hard for you & believe in you & your career. She's actually unlike any manager I've ever met in this industry. She has morals. She doesn't believe in taking money from her clients unless it's a percentage off of a job that she actually helped you book. She is supportive & encouraging. She submits you constantly & spends countless hours on phone calls to CD's, pitching her clients. She takes any meetings she can & is constantly networking to try & meet more people who may possibly be able to help her clients get work. Not only is she extremely professional as a manager but she also takes a general interest in you & cares for you as a person. She has never treated me as a number or made me to feel 'beneath her' or 'a waste of her time' like so many in the industry do. Each of her clients are treated by her as an individual who matters. She sees your potential as a person, as well as an artist. Trust me, if you sign with Janine, you'll be signing with a manager who sticks by you through thick & thin. She's awesome!

For the in general, I don't know the agency too well but they have been very nice in regards to event requests for celebrities when friends charities have asked them to forward requests. Overall they have a good reputation for being friendly - both from people I know still in the entertainment industry and those in my new field (non-profit) who've had dealings with various people there. On a personal note - previously I worked with Steve at another agency circa 1994-95. Steve is an excellent agent, and I have seen him work late into the night putting submissions together if there are actors he has that fit the part, instead of shlocking off early like other agents I've work with, and have observed do. He had a good career before this in the hospitality business but gave it up (even though at the time it meant a cut in income) because he has a passion for "the biz." Some of his clients have stayed, even though their fame could land them at a higher up the rung/ladder agency because of his caring. That says something in a business where loyalty seems to be a four letter word. Highly recommend him as an agent if you are starting out - but you MAY NOT use me as a reference. The best way to meet this or any other quality agents/managers is to sign up for reputable workshops! OR get cast in local plays.
