Not only are they professional and very hands-on with me as their talent, the owner is a working model/actor...that makes a huge difference to me because she knows exactly what is going on in the industry, understands the ups and downs and can directly relate to what I experience. Anytime I have questions or concerns, they don't hesitate to respond quickly and I love that they take the time to send group emails with all sorts of information, from workshops we can sign up for to discussion about important topics related to auditioning, keeping our profiles current, etc. Although I am a veteran, I wish I had an agent that took the time to break down the way things work when I first started so I know the roster of newbies at KIT are not only getting opportunities they otherwise wouldn't have access to, they're getting an agent who wants to educate them to ensure they succeed. They don't even open and look at emails! So rude. I put trackers on my emails to see whether or not…read morethey are opened by the people I send the emails to. With the tracker I can see if it was opened, how long it was open for and where and if the email was successfully delivered or if the email failed to deliver. I sent emails to several different agents at UTA and the emails had trackers and not a single agent opened the emails! Not one! All the emails were successfully received/sent so I know the agent emails were valid. Does this mean the emails found online are not legit? Do they filter out messages from unknown people? Honestly, I think this is very rude and disgusting. Why can't they answer their emails or atleast read them! I highly recommend calling them instead.
