We are a fan. I have tried a lot of different meal prep services and have landed on this one for the time being. I really like that the macros are listed on each meal. Having been recently diagnosed with a health condition these help me to plan my number of carbs. There is also an option to order custom meals. They're kind of plain but that's also the benefit of it. I only wish there was more transparency about the ingredients since I have some sensitivities to commonly used ingredients. Clean and simple meal prep dishes. They have a fridge full of premade healthy and portioned food options. The blackened chicken is really good. It is a good portion of meat, asparagus and pasta. The pasta has a light coating of tomato sauce. This meal is $9. But my favorite is the pesto salmon. The salmon is in little bite sized pieces. It is paired with chunks of sweet potato and broccoli. It is not slathered in pesto, but it is enough to still have a little sauce for your broccoli. I always feel satisfied and healthy after this meal. This meal is $10.50. The veggies are kind of soft, I wouldn't say they are steamed...they have a bite to them. The meals are cold so you have to heat up at home. Or, you can ask them to heat it up for you while you're there. They also have a groupon. It is three vouchers each good for $8 toward meals. You cannot use the three vouchers on the same day, you can only use one voucher of $8 towards your purchase. It's an easy way to meal prep and feel good about your meal. You may be thinking, "I can meal prep by myself, I don't need that." Let's be real. No you won't, you think you will, but you never get around to it, and you don't have all the ingredients just lying around and you probably don't have the cute, little rectangle containers, you won't do it. My husband and I have been using this meal service for almost a year now and we love it! It's a good amount of food for the calories because the food is low in salt, oil and sugar. Ive read a few reviews regarding the "bland" taste of the food and there are ways to spice it up. This is a place that needs to provide food to a variety of people who have different tastes. Why not throw some hot sauce on it? Well not everyone likes spicy things. This doesn't mean you can't add or subtract to the meals to fit your taste buds and health needs. Sometimes we add hot sauce, mustard, greek yogurt, pepper, etc. Sometimes we add avocado slices if we are under calories for the day. Sometimes we just eat them as is. There are ways to keep it healthy while adjusting the flavor to your taste. Once again, its meant to serve a lot of different tastes buds while keeping the meals healthy so the food may not have super strong flavors. This does not mean its not worth getting! Also we have tried several meal prep (both fresh and frozen) places in a few different states and this is the healthiest, tastiest and most filling meal service we have ever used!!! read more

Met the owner truly informed me about what to watch out for when it came to the calories. I've tried pretty much all the meals and I can honestly say that I like every single one of them but I truly love the medi chicken and beef kabobs. There might be a meal or 2 that may need a little bit of flavoring but that's where mrs. Dash or salt comes into play. I have hypertension so I don't need all the sodium that comes into a meal.
