I've been eyeing this place for a while since I come to Woodward often. It's very clean and spacious spot and the service was friendly and fast! We ordered two pomegranate blast drinks and they gave us a lite ice option which I appreciate. This size is mega and was $10 a piece. A bit pricey but it contains some supplements including B-12 which I think is fair. I'd love to try more drinks! read more

I cannot believe this business has been open for four years and I have not been here. My dog wanted water so we went into this business. I looked at the menu and decided to try the strawberry banana protein shake. It was so good. The owner is super nice and told me to go look in the back and my dog was welcome to go back there as well. It's a great place to hang out And have a healthy snack. I will definitely be back with my dog. read more

I got the Lifted drink Pineapple Crush for a pick me up. SOOOO good! I live across town so I wish it was closer. I'm definitely interested in trying a protein shake. Service was great. I had lots of questions and she helped me with a smile. The Lifted drinks were described as a clean energy drink. There's areas to hang out if you wanted to chit chat with some friends. Not decorated the cutest but definitely a return place. Can't wait to try a new flavor. read more

Came in on a Monday around 7am after a run. I was immediately greeted and welcomed. As a first timer I didn't know what I should try, I opted for the caramel macchiato protein shake-- and it's exactly what I wanted. Delicious and rich in flavor. Great spot for a little pick me up after going for a run. read more

I'm definitely not a gym rat, but man, these protein shakes make me wanna be one LOL. Came here with a friend after a lil run in Woodward and was impressed. The inside is super clean and service is super quick! They offer a vast amount of flavors of protein shakes amongst other items like teas, protein coffee, protein waffles, and protein donuts. The thin mint protein shake specifically caught my eye and it was delishhhhh. 10/10 for a protein shake for suuuure. It's not an easy task to make protein shakes taste good but this place does it! I would definitely recommend coming here if you're looking for a sweet treat that will also help you get those gains. read more

I heard about this place after my teen and her friends ended up here a few times after practice. They liked it as a replacement for more sugary drinks, and none of them really make protein shakes post work out at home. My daughter and I went here one afternoon before my workout to try it. I got the peanut butter banana which I found to be very good, it's not ice cream good it's protein shake good. Cinnamon toast and fruity pebbles are great shakes we have tried as well. You can also order by calling in and having your order ready when you arrive. In the back they have an entire lounge area to hang out it's very nice and private if you want to catch up with friends. They also have a frequent buyer card, you have to buy quite a lot to get a free shake but it's worth it if you're going here anyway. They are now open 7 days a week but I would check the hours on their IG page (thehealthyfix_) and the secret menu wheel as well. read more

I don't know what's so healthy about this place. It's a protein shake with added toppings. When I think of healthy, I think of organic vegetables and fruits. Lean protein. It has none of that. The customer service is great but I just don't get it. Sorry, I can make this easily at home. read more

The customer service at this place is great! Super nice and welcoming spirit. However, if you are looking for something healthy, this is not the place to get a fruity blend. The fruity blends are powder drinks w added colored syrup. So, if you want strawberry added, expect a drizzle of red syrup on the perimeter of the plastic cup. It's tastes okay, not great and was such a disappointment after a 6 mile hike. Two of us only tried the fruity blends, both expecting real fruit from a place with "Healthy" in it's name. read more

Great place and they are even dog friendly! Great place to get your protein needs and everything tastes great

Considering the location of this place, and the traffic that consist of runners and bikers that stop by in the area you would think they would be to offer a cup of water for people that stop by. But being told they charge for a cup of water cause they aren't a large corporation like Starbucks was a first for me. Word to mouth recommendations go a long way and might they give a cup of water, I would've in turn bought something from them. Instead I went next door to Starbucks to get a cup of water and then got a coffee on my way out. Other runners were a bit surprised when they learned of this and responded by simply just going to Starbucks. read more
