I looked at the menu and decided to try the strawberry banana protein shake. It was so good. I got the Lifted drink Pineapple Crush for a pick me up. SOOOO good! I live across town so I wish it was closer. I'm definitely interested in trying a protein shake. Service was great. I heard about this place after my teen and her friends ended up here a few times after practice. They liked it as a replacement for more sugary drinks, and none of them really make protein shakes post work out at home. My daughter and I went here one afternoon before my workout to try it. I got the peanut butter banana which I found to be very good, it's not ice cream good it's protein shake good. Cinnamon toast and fruity pebbles are great shakes we have tried as well. You can also order by calling in and having your order ready when you arrive. In the back they have an entire lounge area to hang out it's very nice and private if you want to catch up with friends. They also have a frequent buyer card, you have to buy quite a lot to get a free shake but it's worth it if you're going here anyway. They are now open 7 days a week but I would check the hours on their IG page (thehealthyfix_) and the secret menu wheel as well. read more

The customer service at this place is great! Super nice and welcoming spirit. However, if you are looking for something healthy, this is not the place to get a fruity blend. The fruity blends are powder drinks w added colored syrup. So, if you want strawberry added, expect a drizzle of red syrup on the perimeter of the plastic cup. It's tastes okay, not great and was such a disappointment after a 6 mile hike. Two of us only tried the fruity blends, both expecting real fruit from a place with "Healthy" in it's name. read more

Considering the location of this place, and the traffic that consist of runners and bikers that stop by in the area you would think they would be to offer a cup of water for people that stop by. But being told they charge for a cup of water cause they aren't a large corporation like Starbucks was a first for me. Word to mouth recommendations go a long way and might they give a cup of water, I would've in turn bought something from them. Instead I went next door to Starbucks to get a cup of water and then got a coffee on my way out.
