Extremely knowledgeable and excellent service every time I visit. Every employee is vested in helping customers...they listen, explain and recommend products to meet my needs. i went in to get more of their CBD sleep gummies. They have it to where you can just pull it out of their goad cabinet and go to checkout. Their pay machine is down having to do it on the computer. You can find any organic food, high quality vitamins and nutritional supplements at this business. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. They are very knowledgeable about everything in the store. There is an excellent variety of organic spices to choose from. I buy most of my spices here. They are in containers that are clearly marked with the name of the spice and price. You can choose how much you want to buy. Plastic bags are available to use. I went to B Alive Vitamins last week looking for a specific product. The label was small and I couldn't read it. The lady with the long grayish hair who was supposed to be helping me, the customer, just stood there and offered no help at all. When I told her I didn't want the product with a certain ingredient she asked why in such a way that felt as if she thought I was stupid. I should not have to explain my personal preferences to a salesperson. The least she could have done is help me read the ingredients. She offered no help at all, she just stood there while I struggled to see the ingredients. I just handed her the product back and walked out. read more

4 stars because this place is kinda pricey. There was only 1 worker in the store and she was so nice. I went for some tea tree oil and they ranged from $8.** to about $24.**. There was no one in the store but me and her. It was nice to have all her attention in case I had more questions. Honestly, I didn't get a chance to look around to see what else they offer. I have come here a number of times throughout the years and every time whoever is working has been very knowledgeable on the vitamins and items that they sell. The name of the store is a little misleading, because it isn't exactly strictly a vitamin shop, it's more of a general, all purpose, niche health store that sells lots of skin care and natural beauty products, herbs, oils, and natural cooking and food items. Their selection isn't exactly the greatest, but still really good. It's a really neat place to check out, me and my wife come about once a month to restock on carrier oils and such. read more

Although the service was nice and kind, the ambiance too, this is mostly appies and drinks, and they didn't have a non-alcoholic beer for my husband, so we went next door to the bar after having one drink at Enzo.

They offer a small but decent selection of wine and beer, and I did enjoy the wine I chose. There were a few hiccups during our visit--fruit flies kept landing in my drink, which was a bit off-putting. That said, the staff was gracious and quickly replaced what was left in my glass, which I appreciated. Service overall could have been a bit more attentive, but it didn't completely take away from the experience. While it's not somewhere I would typically go specifically for wine, it could be a nice casual stop before heading next door to Willow Osteria for dinner.
