I'm currently at Enzo's Table and ordered an almond croissant specifically warmed. When it was served, it was completely cold--not lukewarm, but cold to the touch. I took one bite, realized it hadn't been warmed, and politely asked if they could warm it for me. The staff member told me that, for health and safety reasons, they could not reheat it after I had taken a bite. I completely understand and respect that policy. However, in that case, I asked that they simply provide a new croissant, warm it, and give me what I originally ordered and paid for. Instead of correcting the order, the employee became argumentative, refused to replace or properly warm the croissant, and repeatedly insisted that it had already been warmed. Since it was quite obviously cold, I opened the croissant and told her that I wasn't going to eat it and she was welcome to feel it herself to verify that it was cold. She declined. I then asked for her name so I could address the situation with management. She refused to provide it. Because she would not identify herself, I informed her that I was going to take a photo so management could identify the employee involved and address the interaction appropriately. The issue isn't simply a cold croissant. Mistakes happen, and I would have been perfectly satisfied if the order had simply been corrected. My concern is the refusal to provide what I ordered, followed by arguing with me about whether the pastry was warm and then refusing to identify herself when I asked to speak with management. I hope management can address this and provide additional customer-service training so that a very minor and easily corrected issue doesn't escalate unnecessarily in the future. It is so beautiful in this store. Just looking at the front door you would think it's really small inside but as soon as you walk in, it's this big beautiful showroom of wonderful treats and olive oil and wine and so much more. As soon as you walk in, it is spotless. The store, the restroom and the indoor and outdoor sitting areas where it's spotless. We saw two employees while we were there, and both of them were so nice and smiling and helpful, and answered all of our questions. I love that there were so many different drink options available. They did not do wine tasting, but you could buy wine by the glass. Even though it was warm outside, there were people sitting in the beautiful outdoor seating area while we were there. I have to respond to this latest review of 1star.... She wants to complain about her croissant not being warm enough. She right the employee was calm in describing that she cannot reheat it after she took a bite. However, she was less descriptive about how disgusting of a person she was! I'll tell you, people are so entitled. Maybe if you were more respectful in your initial contact, she would have been more willing to give you a new croissant still you're not entitled to it. I visited Enzo's Table for the second time recently and had the chance to enjoy a glass of wine at the bar with my friend Tera. They offer a small but decent selection of wine and beer, and I did enjoy the wine I chose. There were a few hiccups during our visit--fruit flies kept landing in my drink, which was a bit off-putting. That said, the staff was gracious and quickly replaced what was left in my glass, which I appreciated. Service overall could have been a bit more attentive, but it didn't completely take away from the experience. My first time here and I appreciate the service, I mentioned that I was a first timer and the help did just that. I found my way to the bar and reviewed the menu both beverages and food items for breakfast and lunch. I noticed that the business was a hum with people enjoying themselves and conversations were abundant. I love the open view of both the coffee side and the luncheon area, very well decorated and abundant lighting.(for those working) The beverage menu is loaded with plenty of drinks appealing to most anyone and the slimmer lunch and breakfast options will let you decide quickly as to your choice. Went in for the first time this week, and the store is beautiful! Tons of natural light, and I love the open space. We ordered avocado toast and two lattes--both were amazing. The ingredients on the toast were so fresh and tasty, and the honey lattes were incredibly smooth. Very impressive! We also finished up some last-minute Christmas shopping. The staff in the merchandise area went above and beyond to answer our questions and assist us with our purchases. My only complaint was our experience at the coffee bar. We sat at the bar and were ignored for 5-10 minutes. We eventually flagged someone down for menus, but no one took our order. We later learned on our own that you have to get in line to order. I suggest putting up a sign explaining that orders cannot be taken at the bar, or having staff proactively explain this so customers don't sit waiting for ten minutes only to realize they need to get in line. Enzo's table got a major upgrade. The new design is gorgeous. They sell goods like chocolate, honey, fruit and much more. They even have a coffee shop towards the back of the store. It has a nice long countertop to eat at or they have tables by the bar and outside. My son and I chose a frittata, chocolate almond muffin and an iced honey latte. The frittata was delicious and my drink was perfect. My son said he liked the chunks of chocolate in the muffin. I'll definitely be back because I heard they will be selling wine and have more food items in the future. Finding a hair in my food was upsetting enough, but what made the experience worse was the lack of concern or accountability afterward. I would have expected the manager to personally acknowledge the issue and apologize, especially after I had already eaten the entire salad. I left feeling that my concern was not taken seriously. So you are at the mercy of a waiter passing by to learn that a small box of figs is highly overpriced. Most of the pastries were gone and they were left with a very limited selection. For 2 coffees and 2 tiny pastries I paid $20. Not too strong or sweet but perfect especially more coffee forward which we loved. We also tried dark chocolate almonds, toffee chocolate almonds and cola gummies. They had so much variety of items. We for sure be back for treats and gifts. My kids are obsessed with all treats but especially gummies they are best gummies we've had. Everyone is so friendly. We will be back again. I went here on Friday afternoon for a coffee and a pastry with a friend and was just in AWE. It is the new location at The Row at Heritage Grove. It is absolutely stuffing!!! The store is huge. It has tons of stuff from beans and soup mixes, to olive oil, honey, nuts, chocolates, to many things I can't tell you! They have a gorgeous large coffee bar. We each got an iced coffee and a croissant. We sat outside on the beautiful patio. The waitress that helped us was kind, and energetic and eager to help. She was LOVELY!. I think this is a cool concept as an Italian artisan grocery store, but there aren't many groceries here. They mostly sell olive oil and some local made candies. You will find a few produce items, but nothing so unique that you can only find it at Enzo's. Normally, I never comment on price, but the items here are very expensive. I purchased some salt and pepper pistachios and a small bag of chocolate caramel turtles, my total was $25. Ouch. If you're looking for unique items for a gift bag or a thank you item for your friend who likes to cook this is definitely a good place to start. read more

I would rate 5 stars but imagine going into a high end store but instead of having a high quality bag they just give you a paper bag when you spend almost $200 on 2 olive oils, 2 vinegars and a few dried sweets. The gift box's they had on display were amazing and was the equivalent of what we purchased maybe we would have a nicer box to go home with as we purchased these as a gift set. I love this brand I found them through Sam's deli. My only buggaboo is that if the prices are so high so should the packaging. It doesn't reflect the brand image personally. Especially for being next to the willow ostaria. The staff was super stick. Prices high. I've also stopped by in the evening after a long day of work to enjoy a glass of wine. Esmeralda and Madison have both been incredibly friendly and welcoming. The Fresno Chili Jam had no heat or spice! Be careful when ordering this product. It is fantastic when it should be packed with heat and fresh. But, I have received two jars in the past year - one was all black on the inside lid and the other was absolutely no heat or spice! Additionally, I ordered some nuts as a gift and the recipient said it tasted rancid. I contacted the company with photos of the most recent jar I opened with an expiration date of October 2026 (the jar with zero heat). They told me they would not send another jar out since it would be part of the same production. I had ordered two jars from this "production". The first jar was packed with heat! I have requested a store credit since they refuse to send me a replacement jar. Of course, I will be charged for shipping, AGAIN, just to use up a store credit.
