Ramon was also very helpful, especially when it came to loading items into my car--his willingness to help was appreciated. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience wasn't as positive. Many of the customer service representatives at the registers were lacking in basic customer service skills. A refresher training in courtesy and attentiveness would go a long way. One of my biggest frustrations with this store is the layout. I entered through the Business and Construction side, which has a checkout and what appears to be a return desk--but I was told I had to walk all the way to the opposite end of the store just to return three items. There were no exceptions. That setup is beyond inconvenient and honestly makes me want to shop elsewhere. Overall, this Home Depot is decent, and I do find their prices slightly better than their major competitor in the area. But the customer service inconsistencies and poor layout make it a hit-or-miss experience.

Came back a few days later and a new worker gave me the money back. Another instance was renting an 8 foot pick up truck. 2 hours before the reservation it got declined saying it was out of stock. I drive by saw the truck went in and said yeah you can rent there no one using it today. If they aren't straight up ignoring you at the counter they are hiding in the aisles on their phones. There are a small amount of works that are helpful and know what they are talking about. Bless them but I'm so sorry what you have to work with.

Habitat Restore is such a great place in general and I was really happy with this location. Let's start with the parking lot. Although it is a bit tight, the traffic all goes in one direction which is super helpful and the entrance to the building is stairs but there's also a ramp going in, which makes this place handicap accessible and easy to bring home rolling or heavy things from the store. Upon entering the store, I noticed that there are huge signs hanging from the ceiling telling you where things are located which made navigating through the warehouse easy peasy. I was on a mission and immediately found what I was looking for. I talked with a staff member who was friendly and was delighted as two customers who happened to be leaving at the same time as I was, helped me bring my stuff to the car. Bonus! I will be visiting here regularly until I find a dresser for my husband and a lounge chair that I love for our spacious living room. Great place.

I am not sure if they are the…read morehighest quality, I know that within the Choice selection they do not seem to be the "Top of the Line", but they are holding up quite well and are very attractive. We recently had three under counter cabinet drawers that were not closing and were making a little ping noise. When I removed the drawers I could see that a little gray plastic part was broken. I was not sure how that affected the closing of the drawer, but it clearly was not right. I found Choice Cabinets online and called the home office totally expecting this to be a hassle. Not so, the operator transferred me to a person who looked up my address and took down my information, and in a matter of ten of fifteen minutes said she would sen out replacement hardware that should arrive in about a week. Three days later the three now rails arrived. They were easy to replace, maybe ten to fifteen minutes each and the draws work perfectly again. BTW, they are the same hardware but the closing mechanism is a little different, so I suspect they have been improved over the other design. It was great experience to have the manufacturer stand behind their product.

He left $56,500 worth of cabinetry in the sweltering heat and humidity in Florida 'Beverly Hillbilly' style with over 100 degree heat index and forecasted storms without my prior consent or knowledge that he didn't schedule his installer to arrive for more than a week away! He drove off without even mentioning that detail. EVERY single cabinet was either damaged, mismeasured, built to the wrong specifications, missing shelves, drawers, door fronts, pullouts, or return panels!!! I've been left with no choice other than to bring the details and the facts to the court for a matter of public record and not public opinion. These photos speak for themselves otherwise. Update: 6/27/23 in response to Owner - Refer to all photos on all review sites for what Jamie considers "above and beyond", "complete", and damage resulting from "all necessary precautions to protect your cabinets" and decide for yourself if this is the level of service or craftsmanship you expect when spending $56,000... Also, he IS YOUR employee and installer, you delivered the cabinets in HIS dump trailer covered in a tarp with no packing materials, YOU scheduled him to come down for install and recover his dump trailer, and you REIMBURSED him for his travel expenses.
