Dr. Ujjwal started with Active Release Technique, pressing down on the most painful part of my knee and forcing movement. It was a little painful, but afterward, I walked out of my very first session with far less pain and no limp at all! And it's only improved since then. In less than a month, I have been able to resume almost all of my normal activity after being out of it for months. Highly, highly recommended!!

After more than six weeks of weekly session and at home exercise I feel a huge difference. It's been a relief to just be able to eat normally without feeling any discomfort.

Exceptional Care at Forever Fit Physical Therapy - Highly Recommended!…read more I cannot say enough good things about Forever Fit Physical Therapy & Wellness Center in both Gaithersburg and Rockville. My experience there has truly been life-changing. When I first came in, I was extremely unwell. My arms could barely move up, down, or in any direction without pain. Even at night, my sleep was constantly disturbed because moving my arms would trigger intense discomfort. I had already tried a different physical therapist elsewhere but, sadly, saw no improvement. Determined to find better help, I searched for another clinic in the Gaithersburg area -- and that's when I found Forever Fit Physical Therapy. From my very first visit, I knew I was in the right place. Dr. Jyoti Panchal was everything I could hope for in a healthcare professional: skilled, attentive, caring, and deeply thoughtful in her approach. She took the time to understand my condition and used every available tool to treat my problem. Incredibly, I began to see and feel significant improvement after just two visits! I was also treated by Deosaran Katherine, another outstanding physical therapist at Forever Fit. Her professionalism, expertise, and genuine care made a huge difference in my recovery journey. Both the Gaithersburg and Rockville locations are clean, welcoming, and equipped with everything you need for effective treatment. The staff is warm, supportive, and always focused on your well-being. If you are looking for physical therapy that delivers real results with compassion and professionalism, Forever Fit Physical Therapy is the place to go. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Jyoti Panchal, Deosaran Katherine, and their incredible team to anyone seeking top-quality care. Arega Eniyew

The 2 or 3-times a week PT sessions were organized and allowed for flexibility based on how I was feeling. Highly recommend both Trey and Pivot.

On a number of visits, I felt disrespected as a patient. The PT I had didn't have good listening skills. He regularly barked orders and even snapped his fingers at me once. Very domineering person, which I am not sure is what you want in a PT. Important to check in with patients and where they are coming from instead of treating people like a set of boxes to check. They must be under some pressure to deliver some corporate result? I dealt with unnecessary drama because of the PT's poor social skills. I won't be returning to this office.

My son suffered a serious tibial tubercle avulsion fracture in July that required emergency…read moresurgery, and his recovery has been extraordinary. I truly believe so much of that progress is the result of the care, attention, and expertise he has received at CNMR. I especially want to recognize Jonathan M. Kula and our physical therapist Megan Hartnett. Jonathan's assessment was incredibly thorough and thoughtful. I reached out after calling several places but wasn't getting my questions answered. I left a message and Jonathan called back within an hour. He made time for us to come in the next day (even though he was booked solid) and even offered to meet me and my son in front of the building in case I needed help getting into the office. He and Megan Hartnett took the time to understand my son's injury, read all of the reports, asked pertinent questions, and then proceeded to explain to us the plan and process for his recovery. His first priority was getting my son mobile and moving forward safely and confidently. That level of attention gave us tremendous reassurance during what had been a very stressful experience for our family. Megan Hartlett has been equally exceptional throughout his rehabilitation. She has approached his physical therapy with such care, patience, and skill, while also knowing when to challenge him and help him recognize how much progress he is making. Watching him regain his strength, mobility, and confidence has been remarkable. We still have a ways to go but here we are over the half way mark and I'm happy. There is a big difference between simply providing treatment and truly caring about a patient's recovery. Jonathan and Megan have made us feel that difference every step of the way. We still have more of the recovery journey ahead of us, but I wanted to take a moment now to give them both a very special shout-out and to say how grateful we are for the care my son has received. This isn't a fancy 10,000 square foot facility that looks super slick. I've been to those and nothing compares than the personal patient care. And every single person here--from the warm welcoming smile of Ms. Sharon to the other PTs I've never even met but see in passing--all have been nothing but kind, courteous and caring. This is a special practice that deserves special recognition.

But to start: He genuinely cares about his patients. Not just the one on one care for PT, but as you as a person! I get to spend an hour with him and have really good conversation along with getting excellent care. He is very "hands on" which I appreciate. He listens to your concerns. And he goes hands-on whether it be massage or be cupping. And then gives you exercises and make sure you don't leave until you understand what you have to do. I even convinced my own wife to give Jordan a try as her PT and she truly understood what I was talking about. The front office staff is always helpful and polite Every time I call she picks up immediately and it's very helpful. They take my type of insurance which would be a dealbreaker if they did not accept Blue Cross Blue Shield. Every appointment with Dr Jordan, I leave feeling heard, encouraged, and like real progress is being made. If you're looking for a PT who will treat you like a whole person and not just a case file, look no further. Highest possible recommendation! It'll be a sad day when I no longer have any PT issues. Because I won't have an excuse To come here.
