The office was more concerned about selling me ill-fitting products than actually treating my neck,…read moreback and foot problems. I was sent to get x-rays that only after 7 months, and several physical therapy sessions not treating the problem, did Dr. Kessous return my calls. While in the office for my one visit, I was billed $180 for night splints that were the wrong size, I do not use, and they would not accept a return (these can be purchased for $20-30 at your local pharmcy). I was also sold $45 off-the-shelf orthotics that actually worsened my plantar fascistis. I should also note that the x-rays were a separate bill ($70 out of pocket). Because I had not had any results from the x-rays or word from the doctor on either my bill or my physical therapy, I cancelled a follow-up appointment for which I was then billed another $40. The billing office was terrible and unresponsive but finally (8 months later) credited me those last $40. In the end, I received better advice and more attentive service from the salespeople at my local running store.
