Before my neck surgery in October 2025, I suffered for many years from a pinched nerve in my neck that caused severe daily headaches. I had to take headache medication every day for almost 14 years because of the constant pain. After the surgery, I was still experiencing significant neck pain and headaches, which made it very difficult for me to begin physical therapy. However, once I started physical therapy with Rajee, I gradually began to feel much better. My neck pain improved, and the headaches started to decrease significantly. After just two weeks of therapy, I was finally able to stop taking headache medication after 14 years. Rajee was very professional, patient, caring, and supportive throughout the entire process. His expertise and encouragement truly made a difference in my recovery. In fact, all of the staff members are very polite, professional, and respectful toward their patients. They treat everyone with equal care and kindness. The office is always very clean, calm, and welcoming. The soft music creates a peaceful environment, and the staff communicate professionally while making patients feel comfortable and valued. From the first meeting I had with Dr. Possner, I knew things would be vastly different and that I had found someone that would have a profound impact on my health. My first appointment was the longest time I had ever spent with a doctor. My appointment was 2 hours and Dr. Possner had fully reviewed my medical records and engaged me in thoughtful conversation about my medical history. I left my initial appointment with a feeling of empowerment over my health that I had never really felt before. Little did I know that the impact of having Dr. Possner as my doctor would happen so quickly. I was on vacation and had an acute UTI. It was after business hours, but I was able to call the office and get the on call doctor that happen to be Dr. Possner. I walked him through my symptoms and he immediately called in a prescription for me. Because he had such knowledge of my history it was easy for us to communicate and talk through my symptoms. He checked on me via email through the client portal several times over the next couple of days to ensure I was ok. The fact that I was in a remote part of a different state and I was able to call and speak with the doctor saved me stress and the hassle of finding an urgent care to go to. He has made several recommendations to other specialists and doctors, all of whom have turned out to be amazing. His referral goes a long way with each specialist I have scheduled an appointment with. More than anything, I wanted him to finally have a real chance to get out of pain. Traveling from California to Maryland for surgery was a big decision. Michael has been an attorney in San Diego for decades and knows many of the top surgeons here, so going across the country was not something we took lightly. The doctors we saw here were talking about a much bigger open surgery. My husband, being my husband, had an enormous list of questions. A lot of the answers were already available in the information Dr. Christoforetti had put together, and his physician's assistant, Brian, answered many of the others. When we met with Dr. Christoforetti, he carefully went through everything with us and never made us feel rushed, even with Michael's never-ending list. One of the things that made me feel much better was understanding that doing the surgery through small openings did not mean he could see less. With the camera, he could actually get a very detailed view of what was going on and repair what he found without putting Michael through the much larger open surgery that had been discussed. Over the years, Michael tried just about every type of treatment available -- injections, physical therapy, and other non-surgical treatments -- without lasting relief. It meant so much to me that Dr. Christoforetti was finally trying to fix the actual problem instead of just treating the pain again. As a wife, there is a different kind of trust involved. Michael had to trust the surgeon operating on him. I had to trust the person I was handing my husband over to. Dr. Christoforetti made that easy. I felt that he truly cared about Michael and treated him the way you would want someone to treat a member of your own family. His whole team was wonderful to us. Being so far from home made both of us nervous, and having a direct number to Brian, his physician's assistant, gave us a lot of comfort. My life is better for it. I recommend everyone with any physical discomfort or problems at all to see her once and just see what happens. I came here and was surprised by the "average" review because Agnes is definitely the best PT I've ever seen. She's a manual PT, meaning she will put your alignment back in place and get the knots out. I started seeing her through word of mouth, so I never found her online. She fixes your shit and has a real knack for figuring things out. If you don't have poor habits your problem can be fixed in one session. The habits can take longer to correct, but she identified what I needed to do to fix my discomfort and pain throughout my body. It takes genuine work and effort sometimes, but her methods are more concrete and make more sense than other PTs I've gone to. Other PTs have come close, but never fixed my alignment in the session and did not give me a vision. I was regularly discouraged. I'm 27 and other practitioners were surprised how much discomfort I was in, considering I'm so young, but Agnes knew immediately that I was doing certain things to create the muscle weaknesses I had and was able to tell me about them. I have regular issues with my lower back and my neck (due to past hernias) and Dr. Taylor did an excellent job at making me feel better.
