My experience here with Rosio at the front desk, and Trevor K helping me order and then fit my new orthotics was beyond excellent. I picked them up today, and so far feel hope for the first time in 17 months(!) that I may finally be without ankle pain that onset after a surgical result that was less than hoped for (to say the least). I can't say enough... Trevor listened to me and worked with me to my complete satisfaction when I walked out the door. I can also go back if I need slight adjustments after breaking them in... thank you so much! Above and beyond!

It really feels like a piece of fine art. The entire process was smooth and collaborative from start to finish. From the initial consultation to the communication throughout the process, the team was attentive, professional, and very accommodating of my schedule and needs. I have experience working with several prosthetic providers in different cities, states, and countries, and I own quite a few prosthetic products. This is by far the best product and overall experience I've had. What really stands out is the combination of professionalism, care, and artistry they bring to their work. They truly take the time to understand your needs and make you feel comfortable and supported throughout the process. Once again, thank you so much. You are true masters of your craft. I feel incredibly grateful to have found this team.

This time I was happy they have a staffer that knows a lot about the diabetic shoes. I felt comfortable chatting about my foot issues with him. He ordered the wide size for me to help reduce rubbing. When I picked the shoes up I was delighted by the handsome look of the Anodyne dress shoes and the ease with which to put on as each shoe has an enforced heel so there is no need to use a shoe horn even though Anodyne provides one. My only lament is the shoes are not that thick at the bottom unlike Aetrex so I feel the floor somewhat . The rep ordered two sets of shoes of different sizes just in case. I am happy they made the effort to make sure I get the right shoes with the minimum number of trips. Also communication with the office has improved after they got the correct number to reach me.
