Everyone in here is great, May Le (don't know the correct spelling), Annie, Dr. Michael Rauch (the chiropractor) and Jalisa are all so incredible. Walking into this place, you can just smell how clean and well taken care of it is. (If you can smell it, you know it's a very very clean environment) May Le and Annie are so welcoming! Making sure you check in correctly and having just a positive attitude from the beginning. Dr. Michael Rauch is exceptional at his work. His hands work like magic and I've never seen (and either has my mother) such a doctor care for his profession! After a few minutes of checking your back, and a few lovely sounds of cracks, he takes you into a muscle stimulation room where the machine works wonders on your body! Lay down with a hot towel over your area of injury and you can slowly feel the results getting better and better after each visit! And lastly Jalisa! I would be in that massage therapy every single day if I could! She makes sure every part of your injury is tented to correctly. Like Dr. Rauch, her hands work like magic! There's not much to say after I have a session with her, I'm left speechless! Not only because of how relaxed I am but how I can feel how much better my muscles are. There's not a much better place to go than to CKT, great staff, great knowledge and a wonderful get away after such a horrific accident! They also do regular massages if you ever want to relax! No one was at the front desk, so I called and the person who does the adjustments (doctor? Chiropractor?) shows up with the officer lady who I think had lice or bad dandruff and then she has all of my information wrong. After I spent time filling the information in the computer it crashes and then the lady says to re enter it again and it crashes again. She walks away and the the person who supposedly is the doctor acts like everything is peachy creamy. I am ready to walk out but think maybe they just suck with technology but may be a good doctor. I was wrong. The person who is supposedly a doctor has the office lady do some shady back scan even after I told him I had current ex rays which he did not even want to see. I told him my pelvis and sacrum were bothering me but he only adjusted my neck and said it takes time. As I was leaving he said he would re adjust but I said no thanks. Don't be fooled like I was by their somewhat professional looking website. This place is an utter disaster. The website says the supposedly chiropractor is passionate and has a calling. He is neither passionate nor shows a sense of calling to serve patients. Someone needs to look into this place. Something is not right there. Be WARNED!!!!!!

I was referred to Bay State PT, specifically for either cupping or dry needling, as indicated on my…read morereferral picture attached. When I called to schedule my initial appointment, this was the service that I requested. After being booked the first appointment and paying my copay ($70), I was told that the physical therapist they scheduled me with did not perform dry needling and that I would need to follow-up with another PT. In addition to that, I was told that they cannot bill insurance for dry needling and is $100 out of pocket per visit. None of this information was communicated to me on the phone before I made the appointment, otherwise I would have tried other places that will bill insurance first. After inquiring about whether I could at least get my $70 copay back for the incorrect visit, this was refused. After this experience, I told them to discharge me as a patient. If I can't trust them to even book me the correct appointment, I will not be trusting them as an alleged health care provider.

I came to her to seek pain management and injuries to my right wrist about a few months ago and she evaluate my pain according to what she knew best that can help treat and cured my severe pain I was enduring at the time of my injury. After seeking two months of exercise, massages at Baystate Physical and with the aid of my orthopedic surgeon , Dr. Charles Cassidy, injecting cortisone shots, I have feel allot better with both treatment. I am on my way to healing 100% soon, after seeing my orthopedic, for final evaluation at Tufts Medical Center.
