My name is Kimberly Murray and I just started recently getting rides to St Peters through action I was diagnosed with cancer and they're always polite they might run late but that's because I'm not the only client you know s*** happens it's traffic you know a lot of things it's always clean polite in the dispatcher she's amazing and this everybody I dealt with within the last month are amazing and they care about your needs read more

I have been riding with action transportation for a little while now, and I have had bad experiences with this company, and today I am extremely disappointed in them, and how they lied to me, and said the driver called me when he arrived, and the lady who answers the phones said that she called me, and left me a voicemail, and I know that's not true, because I would have definitely received my voicemail, I had a back procedure last week, and had a device in my back, I had a spinal cord stimulator trial, and it was important for me to get to my doctor's appointment today, well they don't have to worry about me, because I'm never riding with action transportation again, you can't play with people's health like that. read more

Action transportation is the worst it's like the dirt underneath the barrel You would never get picked up on time I've never had a transportation service ever not pick me up for the most important appointments of my life action sucks they're not considerate of other people's health They don't care they don't call you to let you know that on their way and the drivers are the worst They drive like they are driving a race car They play loud music like they are using their own personal cars The drivers use GPS and they still don't get to your house on time and when you call dispatcher she acts like she's concerned oh my God I'm going to see where your ride is at and what they do they switch you to another dispatcher instead of fixing the damn problem I do not ever recommend action transportation to anyone don't do it find another transportation to take you to your importance appointments action transportation does not care about no one else but themselves this has been my worst experience with these people I was outside since 8:30 a.m. waiting for them And they kept telling me the driver is coming The driver is near I called the fourth time That's when she tells me that they're running 10 minutes late with all their pickups why did you not communicate with your patience common sense then the driver that was supposed to pick me up canceled so they say and my pickup was given to another young lady who continuously kept lying telling me that she was on her way why lie if you can't make it just say that but don't lie and tell me you're down the block or you're turning the block or you're coming in 1 minute why lie people like these drivers and this company are not trustworthy they're horrible and that's sad because people need to get to their appointments on time where is the consideration so for people who have missed out on their appointments complain to MAS and get this service this business shut down this is unacceptable for everyone who has missed an important appointment to doctors to anywhere they had to go Don't ever use this action transportation they're horrible horrible people horrible drivers no respect for anyone's health. read more

doesn't care about the people who they have to take to appointments she'll literally get mad because your mad they're extremely late to pick you up for appointments I told her they charge 50 dollars for no show and possibly wont see me if im to late her exact words were well the driver is on the way I dont know what to tell you but have a great day I was supposed to be picked up at 1:00 for a 1:55 appointment i got to my appointment at 2:15 and now have to wait til all the other appointments are done then I can be seen due the lack of transportation that supposed to be on time they're truly the worse transportation company in the 518 besides amazing grace transportation unbelievable read more

This company uses an app called RoutingBox Mobile that allows them to get paid via MAS. When I first started (November 2024) the app worked fine. Then in late December 2024 the app started giving me fits (Logging out on it's own, not registering my rides, freezing up and the locationwasn'tregistering). I reached out to someone at the app by the name of Justin Rizzo and he attempted to give me a few tips on how to fix it. NONE OF HIS TIPS DID ANYTHING TO FIX THE ISSUE. So rather than Action Transportation call and try to get the app that all of their drivers need to effectively perform their job duties, today Sunday January 26th on my day off Action Transportation reached out to me to let me know that I would be fired because the app wasn't working for me and they didn't want to keep paying me for driving if their app wasn't going to work. No driver at this company should lose their job because of an app that fails to work. That's on RoutingBox Mobile and their engineers and technicians and Action Transportation. Do better Ray L (Owner of Action Transportation) Now let's see if they'll actually pay me for the week I've worked last week ‍ read more

Worst company ever dispatcher named Sarah was very rude called me a bitch on the phone while requesting My ride back home very unprofessional and unacceptable read more

Where do I even start? This company is PATHETIC, SELFISH & GREEDY! The drivers are given impossible task doing everything that they are asked and then some only to be treated like garbage. They are absolutely not taken care of. They're basically paid minimum wage with the constant threat of fines at every turn for any and every microscopic mistake. Meanwhile the owner (Ray) and his well taken care of office staff's pockets continue to get fatter and fatter as Action Transportation recently welcomed a little over 100 new clients as other local medicab companies went under adding lucrative gains. The drivers? They don't see a dime of it as their work load increases and becomes harder with each passing day. They're the heartbeat of this company and they barely make ends meat seeing biweekly checks of a whopping $1,175. If you want to get overworked and underpaid then this company will be absolutely perfect for you. But if you actually care about values such as respect, honor, loyalty, reciprocity and promotion you'd stay clear of this godforsaken place. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED read more

This is worst place I would not even consider any one to use this business! The office staff are rude to their workers and clients! They pick up people late for their appointments!! I can't even imagine the amount of people I see that complain about these people! I wasn't sure until I seen it with my own eyes ! But this will not be tolerated! I will look into more of this! I've had noticed from my sources this place looking to get shut down! For good ! Late pick up and how they treat their employees! Further investigation looking into ! Unacceptable behavior I've had heard and seen ! read more

Whomever is part of their call center is absolutely HORRID!! I called for a patient that needed a ride back. Called back a few minutes later due to the patients concern as to whom was picking them up. She rudely states THE SAME PERSON then when I was about to state the patients concern she HUNG UP! If your main JOB is CUSTOMER SERVICE learn how to be polite. If not, go into a field that requires you to work ALONE! I would not have any one I know go here. Classless and rude! DO BETTER!! read more

This company sucks. They don't ever pick you up on time, they SMUSH WAY TOO MANY PEOPLE IN 1 VEHICLE which I've had happen on multiple occasions (and by the way is ILLEGAL). They're dispatch and drivers are rude as hell and pick up people in Poughkeepsie just to have them sit in a cramped Van for over an hour so they can grab more clients as far as Hyde Park/Rhinebeck; it's absolutely ridiculous. Then they leave you once they drop you off at your destination and expect you and a group of others to just wait for them to return so they can cram in more pick-ups. Here's a thought.....HIRE MORE DRIVERS AND GET MORE VEHICLES TO BE ABLE TO HANDLE THE BIGGER LOAD IF ITS TOO DIFFICULT TO GET EVERYONE TO THEIR DESTINATIONS ON TIME AND SAFELY! read more

They do nothing a business should do if they don't like your questions they hang up on you they leave you stranded too long they have more business but they clearly can't handle it read more

The type of care is awful. They went to wrong address and gave my name and my address to someone while they where in their action transportation car. Now for the 3rd day in a row I am waiting for my ride not show. Called they said they don't see me yet MAS line shows my trips with Action transportation. My counselor confirmed my trips yesterday and yet they still are not here today read more

So I read a lot of reviews and was afraid but I have to say, I was shcoked at the way it ran smooth. It was fairly simple in te process and the call times were quick, I asked about the status, they told me and it was done. So overall it was good, quick and with care.I will see how they do next time and update read more

Awful company to work for. They steal money from new employees. They don't pay for training but they don't disclose that. Dispatch is rude and leaves ya hanging on your first day when only trying to do your job and learn the ropes. Do urself a favor and don't apply. Wasting ur time read more

has been harassing all of my family. i've even called as a child of the family and asked to be removed and they hung up in my face. all employees have been screaming in my moms face. we have all phone records for the past year they have been calling every single day multiple times and we've have tried to be nice but at this point we're not read more

This is the worse company ever and I'm tired of being nice every time I'm given a time to be picked up I'm NEVER picked up on time!!! My NEWBORN baby's appointment was at 10:20 it is now 10:28 I was supposed to been picked up at 9:30 mind you it's cold outside and I have my baby!!! Now when the guy finally gets here he gonna tell me he has to pick someone else up mind you I spoke to the lady in dispatch and told her I had to be at my child's appointment by 10:15 I have also been dropped from a doctors office due to being late and not being picked up on time then when I called the other lady is in the background talking about why am I so angry because my child had been outside she doesn't have shots or anything since 9:15am then we go to pick the other person up and they don't even have the correct contact information for the person so time was wasted going all the way to Lansingburg for nothing this place is very unprofessional and they are not considerate of people's time and I do not recommend anyone booking with them as again this isn't the first time this has happened and it won't be the last why give someone a pick up time if that isn't the time you are gonna be picked up read more
