Lied to me that they were transporting me to Albany Medical Center! Instead they took me to Samaritan Hospital without telling me! Even though my family and I told them! Albany Medical Center! The EMT driver laughed! When the ER nurse asked me, "If I knew what Hospital I was at."! Also ripped the Telemetry pack and stickers off my chest another time!
