When I reached out to Dr. Dan Luzcka at InstaCare for advice and help on how to best go about working and strengthening my core muscles without getting hurt, he set time aside for me right away! During my session he first took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions, then moved on to show me a variety of different exercises to safely work my way up to a normal workout routine. He did not mind repeating himself and helped me practice the exercises myself first before moving on to the next one. Once the session was over, he immediately uploaded videos of those same exercises to the portal (PtEverywhere, which is incredibly user friendly by the way!) for me to complete on a regular basis. I was advised to reach back out once those are getting too easy and that he will then right away provide a new set of next-level exercises. Dr. Dan and his physical therapy student Travis have been wonderful to work with, they are patient and knowledgeable, and I felt like I was in great hands! Here is to a successful recovery!

Chose this location 5 miles beyond the closest one to my home because of good parking and ease of getting upstairs to PT. Being only about 90 steps from the car to PT Is worth it's weight in gold. I checked out closer Rothman PTs to my house but all of them were just a pain to get in and out of, particularly the one at Riddle Hospital. So i chose Glen Mills for convenience. The actual PT area is bright, clean and nicely organized. The PT tables are big enough for tall people and are very comfortable. The equipment is in good order. Elleni at the Front desk is a total gem. She can answer the phone while scheduling your appointments and not miss a beat. My first time here she scheduled my 8 weeks of appointments and printed out a copy of it for me with speed and accuracy. Casey Has been my PT technician and in my lifetime she has been the absolute best. Being of a certain age I've had PT a few times so I consider my assessment of her to be accurate. She is informative, caring, very capable with great PT and interpersonal skills. Rothman is lucky to have her. I highly recommend this location for physical therapy.

He did not listen and kept telling me to increase repetitions. Shan I reminded him but he kept pushing. I did flare up because I didn't listen to my body. He never listened to me. The Media office referred me to the Glen Mills office and I was nervous to be honest because I was personally comfortable at the Media location and knew all of the therapists there and had a good relationship. I was able to get an appointment right away and was scheduled to see Greg the Clinic Director. From my initial appointment to my current appointments Greg is always with me during my sessions and always making sure that I'm performing my exercises correctly. If you ever have a question as to why you're doing something or how to better what you have been doing, he's always with instruction and help. He's incredibly personable and intelligent and I feel extremely confident in my health with him. Rae at the front desk is amazing and already has your schedule done for you so you don't have to worry about making sure to get into your time slot. Matthew is also great and is always ready to greet you! Each Elite Physical Therapist (P/T herein) is thoroughly vetted to ensure that the employees fit into this well-oiled machine. The staff are amicable, amiable, professional, and each displays a genuine concern for every patient who enters any of their Chester County locations whether that individual is their client or that of another P/T (I can only attest to three Chesco facilities where my wife or I have been clients for the past three-plus years: two in West Chester [technically, West Goshen Twp.] and one in Coatesville.). For the purposes of this review, I will focus on Elite at the West Chester site at the Airport Rd. (West Goshen Township) YMCA, and P/T Nina M. I personally favor this location over Market Street (in West Chester) due to three specific factors: 1. There is a surplus of weight conditioning machines and other valuable equipment located directly outside the physical therapy room. These machines offer a significantly wider range of efficacy. While Elite's Market Street (West Chester) facility offers a comprehensive range of equipment suitable for various physical therapy exercises, the YMCA possesses a more extensive and advanced selection of gear, which may be more effective in addressing specific therapeutic needs. 2. Nina, the Physical Therapist at the YMCA, has successfully completed and achieved the distinguished designation of Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy (FAAOMPT). This accomplishment signifies her successful completion a very rigorous Continuing Education program in Physical Therapy and demonstrates her exceptional expertise in the field (Please note: Stephanie, the Lead Physical Therapist for the Market Street [West Chester] location, has also successfully completed and achieved FAAOMPT certification.). 3. Nina's methodology, aligning with that of her Elite colleagues, employs a comprehensive assessment approach, contrasting with the fragmented analyses I have encountered at non-Elite P/T sites. Specifically, she evaluates all relevant aspects of each client's physical condition that may be directly influenced by the injury necessitating their physical therapy intervention. I initially chose Elite because I was having issues bilaterally with my TMJs. I was originally assigned to Nina, who in essence prepared me for the bilateral TMJ Replacement surgical procedure. I have continued my physical therapy with Elite and Nina following the onset of issues with my twenty-year-old bilateral total knee arthroplasties. Currently, I am undergoing post-operative physical therapy for a total shoulder arthroplasty, with Nina as my primary therapist. In the infrequent event that Nina is unavailable due to planned time off, illness, or a fully booked schedule, I receive treatment at the Market Street facility from either Stephanie or Alyssa. Nina's progress notes are comprehensive, providing her colleagues with ample information to seamlessly continue her work. The physician who initially ordered the physical therapy has also expressed satisfaction with Nina's progress notes. I am extremely pleased with the individualized attention I have consistently received at Elite. Each therapy session is structured to include a thirty-minute segment of direct manual (hands-on) treatment, immediately followed by thirty minutes focused on therapeutic exercises. This approach guarantees that all clients at Elite benefit from a complete sixty minutes of dedicated therapy, which sets Elite apart from the forty-five or fifty-minute sessions typically offered by some other physical therapy providers. In Pennsylvania, the "direct access" provision allows licensed physical therapists to evaluate and treat patients for a period of thirty days without requiring a physician's referral. Both Stephanie and Nina hold the necessary licensure to practice under this provision. We have made significant progress with our son under their guidance and therapy. My wife drives an hour each direction to take therapy here, and we would drive double that to receive the care that they provide. They are the most knowledgeable practicioners of Autism and associated disorders in the Delaware Valley and probably most of the U.S. This is one of the best kept secrets that they are located in our area. He is knowledgeable, confident, and provides a summary of the visit with follow up instructions. He does not participate with insurance, but will provide a receipt with required information. Normally, I would hesitate to go to an out of network provider, but the care that Dr. Bair provides is many levels above what I received with in-network providers. I appreciate the respect for my time and his attentive and thorough approach. Highly recommend.
